Art Obscura

Really glad I found this place. I've collected a few art pieces here over the past few months and I find myself always wanting to come back to see what else is new. The place is filled with works from local artists and the owner always keeps it fresh by changing the art gallery out every other week. The place is tucked away in the industrial area of town - so it's not something you would come across unless you searched for it - but it's worth the visit! It seems they have more space available in the building and I have suggested they create a 'Mini Meow Wolf' for Southern NM ;) If not, I hope George R R Martin somehow runs across it one day and funds the art collective here lol.

Really fun collection of vintage goods and art. I didn't have time to flip through the LPs, but it looked like a small but mighty collection. I look forward to going back.

Amazing space for contemporary art and modern/retro antiques. Wide variety of stuff and just overall a really nice cross section of art styles. I will definitely be back to purchase things. It works as a great space for live music as well.It is too bad they aren't downtown, they could really shake things up!
