I've always had State Farm and never had any problems until I switched to this agency. Nothing but bad experiences with this agent. Never got a call back, my bill was different every month and I never got an explanation. They canceled my policy when I asked them to add a car. Just too many inconsistencies with this agent and her team. I honestly wouldn't give them any stars.
