Argonaut Heights

Want to say how awesome this place was for my first apartment! Aside from the beautiful and very spacious, affordable apartments, the things that really made this place for me were the location and the staff. First location, in the sense that being where it is off of Mesa, I was so close to many things. TopGolf, Alamo Drafthouse, and tons of restaurants and shops all nearby. And with a view of the mountain early in the morning or late in the evening, it was beautiful to look out my window and see. Now the staff, Monica and Yvonne, are really what makes this place so awesome. They are both so, so kind and helpful. They made the moving in process so easy, and even the moving out process easier. I had to relett my apartment early because of moving for work, and their communication and kindness made the process so easy. I can't stress enough in terms of value and personnel, in Monica and Yvonne, this place is a no brainer and should be one of your first options if apartment hunting!!

So sad to leave. Gonna miss the view and the office gals. They really helped us out toward the end of our lease. We were waiting on a house and they were so helpful in putting together a month-to-month option for us. And most of the time I don't expect my deposit back but I guess I did a good job cleaning. Such a friendly place to live, definitely safe for kids and families and pet friendly. They always help you out if you need an extension or repair or anything. And I'll especially miss the tenant appreciation snacks they hand out some mornings in the parking lot! Blessings to all future renters!
