Since our friends deserted us this week for our usual Sunday lunch in a restaurant, we stopped at Arby's for lunch. Arby's is one of our all-time favorite fast-food spots. My wife had the regular roast beef sandwich, and I had my usual order: double beef 'n' cheddar sandwich, which I usually only eat half of the bun, and use a fork to eat the remainder. We shared an order of curly fries. The food was great. Service was excellent.

I only stop at Arby's occasionally. After today I'm sure that it'll even be more of a rare occasion. I have been seeing their Fish Sandwich commercial on TV recently any it looked delicious. I ordered one with with mustard, onion, and pickles. Along with a large hot and crispy fries. The fries made it. Unfortunately the most expensive part was wasted mealy tomato, and drowned in some kind of white stuff top and bottom plus wilted lettuce. I did find pickle slices after scraping all the crap off. I called 4-5 times but no answer, I sent a text message and no response either. There are some places in Las Cruces that would love to be able to open. Then there is this kind of Non-Service. I Salute You Useless Arby's.

For an Arby's, I was impressed. Happy they got the Market-fresh sandwiches back but more so with the service. The young man working the drive thru was so well mannered and it threw me for a loop! I had to post... Kudos Arby's on Idaho in Las Cruces!!

Always consider dropping by when they have the 2 for $5 deals as I consider it a good value. The beef and cheddar sandwich is my favorite from their menu. The Arby's sauce goes very well with it.

We waited in the drive-thru for 15 miutes and we were the only car there and no one was inside. I ordered the farmhouse salad and asked the employee if it had bacon on it and he said no but when I got the salad it had bacon on it. When I told them I didnt want it the boy tries to tell me its chicken like i dont know the difference between bacon and chicken. They were to busy playing around inside.They only received a star because I had to give them something. Horrible...

I came in for the new Gyro sandwich, just to find out they don't even use Gyro meat. The man explained to me that it is Gryo Sauce and Gryp seasoning only.

Luis, the manager was very friendly, attentive, and patient while our family of 6 ordered. He offered good suggestions when we asked for his opinion. We had the double roast beef, gyros, French drip sand which, roast beef sliders, and chicken wraps. Everything was very good! We've been to other Arby's locations before in Texas, but this Las Cruces location was very nice! The inside of the restaurant was very well taken care of, nicely decorated, and warm (it's winter lol). We have a joke in our family about how fast food restaurants skimp out on the sauces...but this Arby's proved us wrong. They were so generous and that makes a difference in the experience:) thanks Arby's crew & Manager Luis!

Wow! Usually enjoy going to Arby's once in awhile. However, today we walked in around 12:30 pm and were hit with a horrible disinfectant smell as soon as we opened the first door. When we open the second door and walked into the actual business the smell was overwhelming. (No other customers besides us) It was like walking into an outhouse or rest stop bathroom on a deserted highway. We mention the strong smell to the smiling girl at the counter who just welcomed us to Arby's and didn't address the issue at all. We promptly left, and were not very hungry anymore. It seemed very unsanitary and dangerous to keep this Arby's open today, serving FOOD products with an obvious sewer backup masked with disinfectant spray. Hope the management has addressed the problem properly and reconsidered their policies.
