Tried their new hamburger which was very messy as the sauce weakened the rollThe taste was excellent and the meat grilled to perfection rather than overcooked like most fast food. It would be over the top if they put the roll on the grill while grilling the meat. It would give it an added crunch and help the roll stabilize to better hold the sandwich together. I've had them that way at some gourmet grills and it makes all the difference in the world. I hope arbys can do this for an obvious attempt at a gourmet meat sandwich.

Great service. The quality of the food and chocolate milkshake was outstanding. The young lady working Monday night on 1/7/19 was very kind and friendly. Our meal was fresh and hot. Service was fast as well.

The photo for the ultimate BLT looked amazing; but when I got my actual sandwich, it was nothing like that. The two, maybe three strips of bacon were super-extra-crunchy & crispy so when I bit into the sandwich, the bacon fell out; turned into bacon BITS. The cost of the sandwich alone was $6.49, with a couple of thinly sliced tomatoes and ONE lettuce leaf. Not worth the price, but I ate it anyway, covering it with horsey sauce to compensate. We had originally went in for a milkshake that was advertised with a giant sign in the window (Orange Cream Shake), but the ice cream machine was broken.

We stopped at Arby's because everything else was closed in Silver City on Sunday evenings. The service was outstanding! The manager and his staff were so friendly. I was really surprised. They came around and asked if everything (i.e. food) was OK. It knocked my socks off to get that type of service at an Arby's.

Always love stopping in here. Even thought the BLT is no longer on the menu, I've always been able to get someone to make me one....until my last visit. "No, we don't offer a BLT" Online, I found Arby's secret menu, but evidently this store has not. I'll still give it another try, but when you're hungry for an ultimate BLT, nothing else works.

The Arby's in Silver City, New Mexico, located in the Albertsons parking lot, left a lasting negative impression on me. My experience at this particular fast food establishment was nothing short of abysmal, to say the least. As a graduate-level student, I hold myself to high standards and have come to expect a certain level of quality in the food and service industry. However, my visit to this Arby's location shattered any preconceived notions I had about fast food. From the moment I walked into the establishment, I was met with a feeling of unease. The atmosphere was unsettling, as if the food being served was not quite right. The unsettling feeling of organic food permeated the air, causing me to feel nauseous. As I attempted to consume my meal, I found myself unable to keep the food down and ended up vomiting on the poor worker who was serving me. It was a humiliating experience, and one that I will not soon forget. To make matters worse, I found myself unexpectedly drawn to ordering the curly fries on the menu. Little did I know that this seemingly innocent decision would lead me down a dark path. Upon consuming the curly fries, I felt a sudden wave of dizziness wash over me. Before I knew it, I found myself being sold into slavery. It was a surreal and terrifying experience, one that I never could have anticipated in a fast food restaurant. As I reflect on my time in Silver City, I am left feeling deeply disappointed. The town itself seems to exude a sense of foulness, as if the very air is tainted by some unseen force. To add insult to injury, I have even experienced strange encounters with individuals such as John Cena at CVS and a battle with Godzilla at McDonald's. It seems that this town is cursed with strange and unfortunate occurrences. In conclusion, my experience at the Arby's in Silver City, New Mexico, was nothing short of a nightmare. I have been left feeling disillusioned and disturbed by the events that transpired during my visit. As a graduate-level student, I hold myself to high standards, and it is disheartening to see those standards not being met in such a way. I can only hope that others will heed my warning and avoid this cursed town at all costs.

I eat at this location maybe 4-5 times a year while traveling thru Silver City and have never been disappointed everything has always been fresh

Super nice fella at the window. Wondered if they had the chicken pecan salad sandwich which wasn't on the menu but in the online add. Anyway he's was happy to offer it and it was delicious! The orange cream shake was devine. Gotta say no complaints from me. I see why there is a consistent line. Thank you Arby's!

Last Thursday, 10/8, my wife and I stopped to get market fresh sandwiches for dinner that night. When we got home, they were not only disappointing, but short on anything appetizing inside.I think we're done with Arby's, and get a local burrito from now on.ï
