Great great experience!! Brought our 7 month old Doberman to check out his limp. Doctor walley checked him out in less than 10 minutes. We felt as if she really cared about him. My husband and I travel all over the country and this is the best vets office we've been too. Fast service and they really care about the animals. Very fair prices as well! Thank you!

I was able to get a check up on our new cat. The set up is great for this facility. You call them to let them know you are there and based on the sign you park at, the vet tech helps you into the building. Our cat has severe fears and he was having a bad day. They were so kind and helpful I really felt like they cared. Professional, kind and organized is how I describe this facility!

I am absolutely livid right now. We are in the middle of a life threatening emergency as our dog was bit by a rattle snake. We were told that they are too busy and we should drive an hour away to the emergency hospital in El Paso. Their website says they handle emergencies. WTF!

The staff at this veterinary clinic is superior. Compassionate, understanding and skilled. Las Crucens are lucky we have this vet clinic. We dealt with a dog paw injury emergency recently and the staff took us quickly and all is well now. We also recently had a pet end of life situation with another dog. I can't say enough about how kind we were treated during a difficult time.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. I am absolutely devastated by the treatment my dog received at this clinic. This was supposed to be an emergency hospital, a place where animals receive urgent, life-saving care not a facility of negligence and malpractice. Instead of doing everything possible to help, they rushed us out so they could close on time, completely disregarding the severity of my dog's condition. They sent my dog home still seizing and with a dangerously high fever, both of which are clear signs that further medical intervention was needed. When we rushed to an emergency hospital in El Paso, we were told that they could not administer the life-saving medication my dog needed because this clinic had already given the wrong medication. My dog never had a chance because of their incompetence. No one should have to experience this heartbreak. I will be pulling all of my animals from this clinic and strongly urge others to reconsider trusting them with their pets. If you truly love your animals, take them somewhere else.

Very disappointed in customer care. My dog was treated great. But, she needs a very expensive allergy medicine called, Apoquel. She has been on it for months- at an astronomical financial cost. She had an appointment Jan 29. No meds if not seen. Not bad, 75 bucks but, again, she needed a months supply of her meds and although I was charged full price- 123.63 I received only 11 pills. I was told the rest would need to be ordered and I would be called when it came in. This was not mentioned on my receipt. I am a caregiver and my time is very limited so, I have no time, and now I have to make another trip to get the remaining balance. Day after day I waited because I have to plan to pick it up. It came in a day short of a full week. They didn't call me, I called them. Not very professional. Terrible customer service.

Helpful advice for my old dog, Charley. ( 15 years ) He needed dental care, but it was out of my budget. He's a great little chihuahua..... very sweet and gentle with everyone!! Except CATS!!

Awesome service from check in to check out to Doctor. Helped me tremendously as a first time pet owner. Shots nails information how to. It didn't stop. I went in anxious and left confident. Very reasonable cost. You owe it to yourself and your pet to use the vet.

Excellent vet!! I saw Dr. Gardner she got me in when no one in town could!! Truly a great vet with compassion. My primary vet Jornada refused to see my 6 month old puppy that broke her leg to follow up after her emergency vet visit, even though she was established with joranda they refused to fit her in for a new splint. They advised me to go back to the emergency vet in El Paso. Joranada vet also quoted me $110 for a new splint plus a $30-$75 wellness exam and an additional $50 if sedative needed. Dr. Gardner did new splint for $25! Her prices are reasonable. This vet truly shows compassion, concern and gives you prompt compassionate care. I will be changing all my pets to this vet!

Able to handle an emergency visit on Sunday morning even though they aren't the primary vet. Helpful and considerate.
