Walked in today looking to buy a dozen roses for my fiancé, as it's seems so hard to find around the area. Was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in, great costumer service and beautiful roses.

This review is long overdue but I must tell you! Angie's Flowers assisted with a special request for a special bouquet for a special lady! Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the wonderful woman that helped me over the phone but I have no doubt any and every person there would've went above and beyond for me in the same way! I was sent pictures of different bouquets to get the idea of what I wanted. Finally I came to a decision for a massive bouquet that couldn't be found on the website. However, I was assured that they could get the job done! This 5 dozen multi-colored rose bouquet came out no less than perfect and to the team that put it together, I couldn't thank enough! It was beautiful and my special lady couldn't believe it! She said it was the biggest and most beautiful bouquet she's ever received! Mission Accomplished. I will always return to the Zaragoza Angie's anytime I need flowers, big or small! Thank you thank you thank you. Sorry I don't have better pictures but I assure you this thing was massive!

This week, I was not at my computer to order flowers, so I called, they said they would callme back and they never did. Apparently, they don't need the business.

Ordered some flowers for my parents 50th Anniversary when I saw them I couldn't believe how terrible they were nothing compared to what the picture looked like on the Internet paid good money and it wasn't even worth it never again am I ordering from this place again, even suggest to my friends not shop there.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughters birthday. I did this 2 weeks in advance an advised them that I would be leaving out of town and wanted the arrangement to be done specifically as I ordered. The date came and they were delivered as requested. To my surprise it was very unprofessionally done and far from what I had requested. i payed for a beautiful arrangement not for dead, wilted and disgusting flowers. The vase where they were placed was cracked.Several attempts were made to contact the owner to advise them of how disappointed and upset I was with the arrangement. I was never given the opportunity to speak to Erica. I was advised by an employee that my money could not be reimbursed and they could be only be replaced. Anew arrangement would not make up for the surprise and the lack of their professionalism.
