I ordered a floral arrangement directly from their website. I was called and told they had to substitute the color of the roses, but that the arrangement would stay the same. I ordered the Esquisite arrangement, but what my friend received looked more like the mediocre arrangement. The arrangement was approximately 16" in height, and for the $98 I paid really not worth the price. I will not order from them again. My dad sent Valentine's Day chocolate covered strawberries and a bear to my daughters. They arrived on time and taste amazing!

I will never use this place again. The owner told me that she hand selected this fruit and if that's the case, she may need her eyes checked. All the fruit in this basket was rotting away and wilted, and when I spoke to the business they wouldn't offer any solution. No refund or better product were offered, on top of being incredibly rude. Not only was the service bad, the product horrible, but even the basket was falling apart and had been taped together. I wouldn't spend a dime here, and I recommend you look elsewhere for decent service or an ounce of kindness.

This is a great place to order flowers for the holidays! In years past I ordered thanksgiving center pieces for my kid's teachers and delivered them the day before thanksgiving. They were thrilled, especially since they were burnt out on sweets. I also ordered centerpieces for my mom's house, and it makes the holiday that much more special. I 'know I'll be placing my orders at the beginning of November. Super affordable especially with today's prices.

Worst place ever! I placed an order online and they never delivered, but they did charge me $80. I called them and they were so rude! They told me that it was better for me to cancel it and when I asked how to cancel it they told me they did not know how to do it. Do not recommend it at all!
