Love this place!!! Food is amazing!!! Hard to pinpoint my favorite, but if I had to...I would say the potato salad! Angelika is a sweetheart! We always receive wonderful service!!Every time we go to Sierra Vista, we always stop in

Had to drive through Sierra vista for work and my wife told me to stop by if I had a chance. Was able to get her a traditional German advent calendar. Walked through the door and everyone was speaking German, it was amazing. Their selection of chocolate and goods covered every wall. Unfortunately I wasn't able to order food but it smelled amazing. Plus it was Christmas so they had so many decorations.

It's been about ten years since my last visit. I finally stopped in again today, around noon. I hit a small rush as Angelika was by herself.I sat against the window facing in. I ordered a Currywurst with a side of red cabbage and cucumber salad. My food came out promptly.Everything was as good as last time except the wurst skin was a little hard, indicating not fresh. It was still edible. The spicy red curry made up for lack of freshness. The broetchen was genuine German.The interior reminds me of a 1970s Gaststube. All that was missing was background music by Udo Juergens. The plastic table covers do not match anything and the carpet needs replacing. The decor needs some updating! And what is up with the plastic shower curtains between tables? Perhaps a COVID-19 relic? All that aside, I enjoyed my visit and listening to elderly people speak German. Hearing one woman ask about chocolate mouse cake convinced me to have a slice as well, and it was good! Angelika has her fans that keep coming back. Eating here throws me back to my years in Berlin.

This place is awesome! She has a great selection of German snacks, sweets, coffee, and cooking ingredients. The staff was very friendly and even while busy made us feel welcomed.

Nice place to buy the German chocolate we love. I would give five stars if the woman working there were friendlier.

Surprised this place wasn't busier since this place is much better than the German cafe, based on recent experiences. I like the little shop where you can buy German goods. Worth a visit!

We found our little slice of heaven here today. Being of German decent we are always looking for a good German Food restaurant. They are so hard to find in most towns. Not the case here in Sierra Vista. We walked in the door and were given a friendly greeting by the owner Angelika. She took us into the dining room and showed us a table. She asked us what we wanted to drink and was back quickly with the drinks and was ready to take our order. She first had to explain her specials and what the various offerings were on the menu. She is so nice and friendly and made sure we understood everything. The Potato and the Pea soups were on special for the day. I just had to order the Liverwurst sandwich on rye with a side of German Potato Salad and a small cup of Pea Soup. The Liver was delicious and brought back memories of what my dad used to buy at the German grocery. And the Pea Soup was just like my mother used to make. My wife ordered a Schnitzel sandwich on rye and a cup of Potato Soup. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you are of German decent or you just like German Food you will love this place and especially Angelika. In addition to meals served she also has fresh meat, cheese and other offerings in a refrigerator case. In addition there are shelves of German imported foods, candies, snacks and other delicacies. Everything seemed to be reasonably priced. If there is something you want and you don't see, ask Angelika and she will order for you. We can't wait to go back.

The food is always delicious and authentic German. Angelika is always friendly and service is prompt! Highly recommend.
