America's Garage Door

I had my garage door replaced by them March 14 . Today, May 8 the drywall screw they attached the door to the wall with, pulled right out of the wall. By not using and finding a stud, it was just a matter of time. I'm grateful it didn't fall on someone's head. A different company is fixing it for me, but how could this happen? Even I, a woman 72 years old knows better than this!

Got a quote with them. They showed up late. Told them to go ahead with the quote they gave me. They said they would start the following week. They did not show up. When I called a lady answered said she was busy and never called back. I went with a different company that had all the work and quote done the next day.

Very reasonable prices. Owner didn't know how to use cc machine. Asked if I could come back tomorrow and pay BUT gave me the product to take. Now that's customer service. Of course I went back the next day and paid as promised. Honest place, honest man. He gets my business!

Can't say enough good things about this company. This is the second time I've used them. I called and they were on site in less than 45 minutes. Jim expertly installed my new garage door opener and tuned up my garage door. The price was very reasonable and everything works great. Look no further for your garage door needs.

The roll-up door on my box truck was totally busted. The cables were completely unspooled and the door was falling apart. I called them up and they told me to bring it in. An hour and a half later it was as good as new! The price wasn't bad at all. Very happy. I will be going back if any of my other trucks start giving me any problems.

I used them back in 2009 for new garage doors; I used them again 8/2014 to diagnose and repair broken garage motor gear; and used them to replace broken tensioner at my mom's house; service was great, prompt and reasonably priced.

Very disappointed with this company. They rescheduled my appointment due to not being able to go out on the scheduled day. They arrived significantly past the appointment time I was given when they did go out to my home. They did not have the equipment needed for my repair and had to go back to the office to get it. Upon return they completed a portion of the work however, did not have the material to complete the other portion of the repair and would need to go back to the office for it. They were running behind schedule therefore would not be able to finish work. Very unprepared...

Requested an estimate for a gate opener, made excuses, then finally showed up, it's the same as other reviews, lip service, never gave me the estimate. It's a wonder they even have any business with their unprofessionalism.

Small adjustment needed on opener. They have been short staffed due to THE NEW NORMAL. They said they would try to come and fix and they came earlier then promised and fixed. They are true professionals. They did not try to up sale me. They are courteous and local. OLD SCHOOL !

I replaced my garage door and opener and I'm pleased to finally be able to park in my garage. The America's Garage Door representative was always courteous on the phone. The installer showed up on time and completed the job in an afternoon.
