Horrible horrible horrible service ! I WOULD NOT AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!! Morima i guess is the owner, she was RUDE, inconsiderate, absolutely no customer service ! She was taking is to the Juarez airport from my home in El Paso, TX and she was in an accident in Juarez taking us to the airport! We cancelled her service to pick us up when we returned. This company does NOT even deserve 1 star.

I used American Shuttle in the first week of December 2012 to travel to and from Ciudad Juarez. Coming from the US to go to accompany my wife (applying for immigrant visa with the Consulate in Juarez) was a nerve-testing experience. Prior to the trip, I searched for various shuttles in El Paso who could take me accross on Day 1 and then pick me up in Juarez on Day 4 to bring me back to El Paso. American shuttle was by far the most responsive and customer-oriented of them. The service was good and the driver was willing to be flexible to accommodate my pick up (airport) and drop off (Hotel) locations in Juarez. If you have to travel to Juarez (especially to do the obligatory Consulate thing) consider American Shuttle as a way to achieve peace of mind during the transit portion of your trip.
