AMC El Paso 16

This is a low key theater which just happens to have adult beverages in the lobby! The decor it cute, the seats are nice. They even have seat warmers! The seats are comfy recliners and you get to choose your seating. The management makes this location a bit questionable. During our movie the volume was too low. I left the theater and complained to a manager, but unfortunately nothing changed. I am not the type to walk out of a movie and ask for my money back so I just lived with it. Unfortunately the volume issue was made worse by a family whose children were talking during the entire film. Had management come in to monitor the movie for a few moments they would have observed the low volume and the loud family. The concessions were good. Fresh popcorn and macaroni and cheese bites (which come with marinara). Tasty! This location has drink stations where you get to choose your beverage and flavorings. I do wonder if you can refill - that would be a nice touch. (Of course the concessions are pricey - but that's standard procedure for movies). I would not make this my first choice of theater but would make it a viable second.

This is our go to theater! It's low key and not always crowded. When we go it is clean and staff is always kind to us. We love that they have vegan options here that our family can enjoy. The bathrooms are always clean when we go, the theaters are also clean and we haven't had any issues with the seats thus far.

Staff is rude. I had to ask for my receipt after my transaction. Not the biggest deal except i didnt know you needed the receipt to get a refill. Glad i pushed for it. Theatre is fairly clean but overall not worth the price.

Really feels like they only take care of the premium membership customers. Everyone else has to fend for themselves.

I was so disgusted by how filthy this place was from the main entrance to the theatre to the bathroom. There was popcorn everywhere like no one had vacuumed for days! The bathroom was empty and there was toilet paper all over the floor and the sink are was filthy and one of two sinks not working in the women's bathroom near theatre 9-12. Just vacuum or sweep once an hour ! I was there for a 6:45 pm Sunday show.

Went to go see Heretic tonight as a date night recliner seat was broken on my husbands chair. It seems like it's always a toss up whether you get a proper recliner or not. Even after notifying and employee, the lights remained on through the whole duration of the movie, a movie that partly took place in a dark basement. AMC really went down hill the past few years. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Have a movie pass with them and I travel with a backpack for work. Most theaters don't care or hold it for me. Which is fine. This theater gave no options. Guess I need to cancel my pass. Horrible customer service.

As an A-list member I have been to many locations. I travel for work so I have a chance to experience different locations in different states. By far the worst experience has to be this one in El Paso. Movies never start on time, there is minimal staff even on busy times. Last time my showing started at 12:15pm, they didn't even begin to show previews until 12:55pm.

Ive been an A-LIST member for two years now. Ive been to a ton of AMCs all over california and they're great. Being here in El Paso sucks in terms of AMC. This theater is definitely one of the worse Ive been to. Machines are never working, theres always a mess everywhere, staff are rude, the screens suck, audio sucks, popcorn always old and stale, and chairs are broken. I had to still in this broken chair for a two hour movie.

The roof before you go is damaged and looks like it's going to fall on people. The inside is disgusting with roaches. The employees are rude and don't do a good job of cleaning the concession area and the bathrooms. The employee used a family bathroom and when I took my daughter in after them, they didn't flush the toilet. There's only a Family bathroom or Men's room by the theater. I think it's ridiculous that women are being erased and no one bats an eye. They do not refund money. They are terrible. The worst theater. I hope they close down. Or someone else buys it and renovates it and makes it better. It's despicable how the people in the Northeast side of El Paso are treated.
