Alpine Electric

I called the 'RIGHT' electrical repair. Two electricians came this morning, think one was in training, but they both knew what the problem was and fixed it in less than an our. Cost? Much less than I had thought and you'r 'RIGHT', I was 'WRONG' -- the problem was not a bad breaker but a short in the outlet itself. I tried by replacing the breaker, but I could've saved two trips to Home Depot and money . . . by simply calling Alpine Electric, first!

All we ever want from a company is friendly, honest, punctual, excellent service. Alpine Electric's employees, from the receptionist, to the field assessor, to the dispatcher, to the actual workers who came to the house to complete the job, were professional and efficient. The electrical work they did was completed in a timely manner, and they cleaned up the area afterwards. Not only will we hire them again, if we need any electrical work done in our house, but we will highly recommend them to all our friends.

Prompt response time from the office and professional and trustworthy electricians. Isaac and Jesus replaced a breaker and outlet but also had to do quite a bit of troubleshooting to restore power in our 1940s house. They ended up finding an entirely separate breaker box, which also had a tripped breaker. I received a phone call to schedule my service at the very start of the business day and Isaac and Jesus arrived on time, they were very professional and informative. I appreciated that once they found the separate breaker box they showed me which parts of the house were at each box in case I had issues in the future. They had to take a ceiling fan down and they didn't want the dust from the blades to land on the floor, so they cleaned the fan before taking it down...they wiped the counter after changing out the receptacle and plugged things back in...they really demonstrated pride in their trade and I can't say enough how pleased we are with the services provided.

Alpine Electric is the best. I called several electric companies & didnot get a call back. Called Alpine, who answered right away. I told them about the exposed wires in the entrance of my basement. I needed this to be fixed right away because the plumbers needed to do work in the basement. Within a couple of hours they were at my home fixing the exposed wires. It had to be over 100 degrees, I was extremely impressed on their work ethics & how professional they conducted themselves. It took 2 hours to fix & the cost was very reasonable. They truly deserve more than a 5 star rating. Thank you Alpine Electric for the great work that you all do.

Alpine Electric is now my "go to" electrical company. I called with 2 separate electrical problems. Alpine responded quicker than I expected on a Friday, sent out technician VictorT who assessed both problems and within 2 hours had repaired both at a very fair price. He even took a picture of the A/C problem switch on the roof to show me the problem and then fixed it! Another local electric company failed to solve it in two tries. 5 HUGE Stars for Alpine Electric and Victor T. (RonS on Lakewood Ave.)

Alpine came highly recommended to me and I can see why. They quoted me and got started that same week. Were always on time and very profesional. I would recommend them 100% for any electrical needs.

This time we had them replace some outdoor receptacles, add a new indoor receptacle, and run power to a gazebo. Because of getting parts and rain interruption two different 2 person teams came out. Both teams were super efficient, super nice and the work is flawless. I feel like the pricing was excellent as well. Their scheduler and office staff were also great.

Remember the cold of winter 2022.....I had to use space heaters....caused electric outlet to malfunction. Alpine Electric rode to the rescue! I thank them very much for doing an expert job in record time. Alpine Electric is at the top of my "What is best about El Paso" list!

I had a light fixture in my main closet that kept falling off the ceiling. I called Alpine because they had done some repairs for me last year and I was very satisfied. They promptly (within two days) scheduled to come over and fix the light for me. They gave me a window of between 8:30 and 9am and promptly arrive just before 9am. Both Angel and Loreto were very polite and professional and had my new fixture up and running in no time. I will continue to use their services as needed and highly recommend this company.
