if I could give this place 0 stars I would ,they are rude and charge items you did not order , when I told the brown young lady with the hair slicked down on both sides like if she used kitchen oil from the gross food they make she said she could not return the money as it was already charged, she wanted to give me something else , I told her I didn't want anything from their menu as all their food was disgusting and this was a big inconvenience to me, I ordered about $50 dollars worth of tasteless, week old prepared food , the way it looked ,the way it tasted was horrible, the aguas are warm No Ice and no taste at all. KOOL AID IS WAY BETTER TASTING THAN THEIR AGUAS !The milk shake was a regular milkshake was not like the pictures they have online. I have prepared more delicious and cute milkshakes for my kids at home ,and they are way over priced. The manager or owner is very rude when I complained about the charges she did not want to make anything better all she did was talk over me and eventually I left as it was apparent It was leading into a shouting match and nothing would be resolved instead she kept my money with no shame at all.DO NOT GO HERE!

Do NOT purchase if you need timely delivery.We purchased flowers for a funeral. We were told they would arrive timely at 5. We called back they said they were on route. Two hours later the flowers had not arrived. During a time of mourning, we had to contact store. The owner sent pic of receipt stating all sales final.

only giving it a 1 star because I have too.. they have too much on the menu over 6+ pages long... I've gone twice and no aqua freca. The girl in the front was very rude her face said it all. I saw her make annoyed faces to customers face. Not friendly at all. Waited over 35-40 minutes for 2 things..which was a small milkshake and a small elote in a cup. Definitely do not recommend this place!UPDATE!! The shake tasted like mazapan milk I guess that's their version on a milkshake but was not a milkshake consistency The elote had absolutely no flavor

i ordered an arrangement for my daughters graduation 85 dollars . when i got it it only had 6 of the eight roses it should of come with and the doll was glue gunned to the box . once u take her off the glue and box comes off. i asked if i could get a replacement doll and was told they glue all of them . i mean who is gonna keep it on the box like that forever ? in addition i ordered it with black letters and got gold . Definitely not worth the money . i called them up and they offered me a whopping five dollars back for the missing roses. you are better off going to albertsons sams or a better flower shop
