Went to cineport 10 at the mall. The chair I selected had a little bit of sag going on, so I had to reposition several times to stay comfortable. The screening of Wicked was great. Solid sound, good crisp screen color and clarity. What they needed to work on was it was HOT! The lady next to me said at least 3 times "Is it just me or is it really hot in here"? The 3rd time I said it IS hot! The audience walking in had blankets, and I'm pretty sure they didn't need them. It was enough heat to be uncomfortable, but not hot enough to get up, find a staff person and miss part of the movie. Had it been hot in the previews, I would have hunted down a staffer. The heat was what dropped my stars. The so so seat alone wouldn't have been an issue.

Dude.... It's a movie theater! It's not crazy fancy or anything but it's definitely not the pits. Come on mr. 1 star review. It's the biggest theater in Farmington (1 of 2). It's also located at the mall, so you can twat around before or after your movie. The people who work there seem like the standard apathetic youth. They have all the new movies blah blah blah overpriced snacks. Their seats are pretty comfy. I mean where else could you go watch a movie in ftown? The other Allen theater?! Haha it's the same company so...

I typically don't give 3 star reviews but I have mixed feelings after the last trip I made to New Mexico. My family and I decided to take the kids to see the secret life of pets. The movie was funny and I loved it. We were a bit early so we purchased our tickets and waited in line to be allowed to go to our seats. They announced over the intercom what movies they would be seating next and that they are going to be searching bags. I was a little thrown off by them wanting to search my bag but also understanding due to the current state of our country and mass shootings. I figured it would be a small glance through the bag and be done with it. To my horror the girl checking tickets was later seen digging through every nook and cranny of this young woman's back pack as if she was looking for every speck of dust she had in that bag. I think it was a little unnecessary to be digging through each and every item for the entire line of 40-50 people to see what was inside. I was so uncomfortable in fact that I felt uncomfortable allowing her to look through my diaper bag. She luckily didn't take every little item out for the world to see but I did feel like it was a little weird she didn't after I had seen her do it to numerous people ahead of me. It was definitely bizarre and something I wouldn't expect from my outing to the movie. It really makes you wonder what they are looking for. Overall the quality of the movie was good and the sound and screen were good. I had just eaten so I didn't use the snack bar or know prices there. The bathrooms were decently clean. They could use a little help too but with the amount of traffic in and out of them I felt they looked pretty good. I think next time I'm in town I'll probably skip the movie and wait till I get back to Phoenix.

I am so happy to have this quality of a theater in this size town. I have lived pretty much all over the world, but my husband and I have decided to settled in beautiful Alamogordo. The theater in the mall was nice, but when this theater was built, we were very excited. We go very often and it is always clean. If I see a problem - they fix it immediately. The staff is happy, friendly and they make eye contact. And, the manager is truly a hard working caring man for his employees and his patrons. I hope more quality businesses move into Alamogordo and make it a more of a place we can all be even more proud of!

We went to see "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and loved the movie but hated the experience. The speakers were so loud - unnecessarily so - and far far louder than in any theater I have ever been in. I left with a headache that I still have today. Will not be back to an Allen theater.
