Very dishonest company. I worked for them and was promised 10% comission on my sales. I was paid 4% and when I asked the sales manager Eddie why I wasn't paid my full commission he never responded. If they can treat their sales reps that way, how do you think they will treat their customers...

Ridiculously horrible company. Buyer BEWARE! $7000. plus to re-roof our house. First time there was a hard rain we still had leaks all over. Rick sent a guy to check out the problem, even though it was a year + since the original work was "done". I guess he didn't tell his guy they (All Star) had done the prior roofing job. His employee got off my roof, showed me pictures of the roof and told me I needed to re-roof!?! Checked with the city and they never even filed the final inspection. Wish I had investigated this company more before hiring them. Have heard of numerous horrible reviews after our mistake. Con artists.

Jerry and the team inspected our roof at no cost and helped us make our decision to replace the roof. The crew, headed up by Charlie, completed the requested full roof replacement on our single-story home in one day at the contracted cost. Jerry, Charlie, and the crew were friendly and easy to work with.

This is by far one of the worst and most unethical companies in El Paso. They reroofed my in-laws home, but failed to correct the underlying structural damage, even though it was specified in the contract. They refuse to call for inspection, so their final payment was witheld pending inspection. My inlaws finally called and paid for the city inspection. The inspector would not even walk on the section roof that needed repair as it was evident that it was structurally unsound. They issued lens on the property, but will not properly repair the roof. Absolutely criminal behavior.

All Star roofing did an amazing job on my grandparents. They took time to answers all their questions and work with their insurance. They made them feel trusted and confident every step of the way. They got the insurance company to pay for a full roof replacement!

My whole problem was a large patio roof leak that was infiltrating into the home's interior, drywall, and French doors. My homeowner's insurance paid the claim less deductible and we hired All Star. The main problem was a patching on the roof that failed by the previous owner. Instead of a complete repair to that area All Star repatched it. Surprised to see it failed. When we called them advising them the leak was worse than before they sent a guy out to repair it. He reinforced the shingles above the patch - that's all. Next rain - the leak grows bigger. Water is coming through at a rate never before seen. We contacted them again. Over the course of more than a month of empty promises to send a crew out, any communication is completely ignored. Not only have they not made good in their original work, but ignored their warranty as well. Never again. Next form of communication will be a summons.

Do not do business with Allstar Roofing. They will attempt to trick you and harass you into making poor decisions that will leave you broke. First, don't sign anything. But how he gets around it is by having you initial the documentation of what the repairs will be. Kicker: You have only 3 days to decide if you want to go with him. However, contacting him will take more than 3 days then boom! you are stuck with him. Next, he will appear to be helpful. He will submit a claim which is a lot higher than what the insurance will pay out. In my case, $8000 for a $5000 job back in 2015. The insurance rep laughed at the request and he knew of Rick and his highball tactics. He also told me that my insurance will not honor the submission. Then Rick said he will type a letter demanding my insurance will pay for the cost. However, after no answer, Rick said I should pay out of pocket and take my insurance company to court to get a reimbursement. At this point, I said screw it. How can I sue my insurance company? That was the last straw.Rick sent harassing letter of debt collection from his lawyer stating I owed him for cancellation without 3-day notice. I sent letters back threatening to sue him for harassment and for the stupidity of his case. Then, he said he filed a lien against my house. However, I searched county and city records for any documentation of this action. I did not find any lien documents. Plus, he sent what I would consider copies but since I did find any official documents, would his copies be forgeries? I finally moved out of my house and I did not receive a single report of any liens that would have prevented me from selling my house. I am so glad and relieved I got away from that crook. Stay away from him
