Alexis Apartments

When first moving into this place I thought I had scored a deal 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse for only $675 a month with a $200 deposit! There were no assigned parking so a lot of times you would have to park super far from your home and the parking lot wasn't safe my car came out with a bunch of new dings and scratches, my husbands tires were slashed, and peoples motorcycles were reported stolen!!!!! Then kids would try and "jump" the curbs in their little cars and when police were called they didn't do a single thing! In the rental agreement it specifically stated a pest control would come twice a year to spray and no one ever came and we kept our house very clean and still had ants in the summer and roaches in the winter time!!!!! Then when it was time to move out they informed us not to get the carpets cleaned because they utilize a specific company and thinking it would cost about $40 because it was only 2 bedrooms that had carpet that's no big deal I figured I would still get the majority of my deposit back because I deep cleaned the house looking a million times better then when we moved in there! No I get a certified letter 2 months later stating we owed $8.21 they charged us $75 for the the carpet cleaning, over $100 for "general cleaning", $20 for having to change some light bulbs and they charged us $6.07 for having to send a certified letter!!!!!! Seriously I was appalled! So yes it seems like a wonderful deal but these people are crooks and don't expect to get your deposit back!

This is my second lease term at Alexis Apartments. The staff is great. The manager and leasing agent are very kind and professional. The maintenance staff is prompt and always positive to deal with. The property grounds are beautiful, and it is very quiet. Definitely recommend!
