The reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because the website is not update and I feel it's not user friendly. I normally don't write surveys/verbatim at all. I need these boots ASAP and I feel the website should be able to work 24/7. (I work for Verizon), I I understand the struggle and Maybe I am overreacting but everything just isn't working for me atm. I need to order some boots so they can arrive by next Friday.

Went to El Paso. Stopped at Alex boots and ordered some cherry black cayman boots. They were recently delivered. Unbelievable price and quality. Love the boots. The customer service was excellent.
