VERY disappointed! My husband paid $98 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me, not only did it not come until 6pm, but it came with only 12 flowers, and they were worn and looked old!!! The majority of the flowers were supposed to be pink daisies and roses AND THERE WERE ONLY 2 DAISIES AND 3 ROSES AND THEY WE'RE ORANGE, the rest was CHEAP purple flowers. THE BOUQUET IS CALLED TURN UP THE PINK!!! NOT ORANGE! There was ZERO pink in this arrangement. and it was 70% leaves! WORST florist! It looks like I got the scraps.

Flowers were ordered through FTD Florist and this florist filled the order. The flowers delivered were not the flowers that were originally ordered and paid for. A complaint was registered with FTD and a credit was given. The florist then tried to reposess the flowers because of the credit. They actually tried to take the flowers back the day after they were delivered and paid for. I was mistreated and will never do business with this company ever.

Total scam! DO NOT USE THEM! Too bad I can't give 0 stars. These crooks will steal your money and not deliver any flowers. My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine's Day and not only did they not deliver them, they will not pick up their phone and their shop is locked and closed during the day. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am horrified by the treatment I received from this florist. "Lucia," (she refused to give me her last name) a woman claiming to be the owner of Airport Flowers called to yell, berate and threaten me because I was not satisfied with the arrangement I received. I ordered through Teleflora, when the arrangement arrived it was pretty disappointing. The flowers were dark and withered, the design and color did not correspond with the image of the arrangement I had ordered. I acknowledge that the design may vary based on the availability of the flowers, but the quality of the flowers was also poor. I called Teleflora to ask about my options. I chose to receive a partial refund as I would not be home to wait for Airport Flowers to pick up the arrangement. I was not completely satisfied with this option, but felt I was stuck with the mediocre flowers. Approximately thirty minutes later "Lucia" called my phone and insisted that I return the arrangement so that she could fight for a refund from Teleflora. When I explained my situation and informed her that I had already arranged to receive a partial refund from Teleflora she became irate, began to yell at me and finally threatened to fight for a refund from Teleflora and fight me to ensure that I would not receive my partial refund. Although I did not choose this florist, I strongly urge others to avoid conducting business with such a highly unprofessional company.

DO NOT go here!! My husband was extremely upset to put it nicely. He went in to place the order and asked for red roses and to be delivered in the morning. I received my "arrangement" in the afternoon as I was walking out of my office and without a single red rose!! To top it off, half of the flowers are dead!! It is the ugliest and sadest "arrangement" I have ever seen. My poor husband was furious. Our Valentine's Ruined!! Never go here!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. Worse service ever. Ordered before Valentine's Day and my wife never received the order. They never answer the phone, do not bother using the number associated with their listing. If you have to deal with them go in person. My wife went and she got a lot of excuses. Yup, had to send my wife to pick up her Valentine's Day gift...if that doesn't tell you about the service, you'll regret it. I had no choice but to send my wife since they do not answer the phone. My wife even said there's a phone just ringing while employees are on their cell phones. I guess they know why people are calling!
