Aircon

I've been dealing with Aircon for almost a year. They say they will return with parts but have yet to arrive. They do not return my calls that are always left on voicemail. Michelle said they have a lot of voicemails to go through, so I'm assuming she needs to do her job. Otherwise, she would only have a few voicemails. They say they call my mom, but she checks all her messages, so I question that remark since Aircon does not check their own voicemails. I'm told the air conditioner needs a new coil; the owner was the one who first came out last year. He said he would order the part and come back. He never ordered it, and he never came back to repair it. They gave me the number to another company because they didn't want to deal with us anymore. I was tired of being ignored and not getting what was promised. My elderly mother has been sitting in a hot house, and her health is not good. I've told them this, but it doesn't matter. I would never treat my clients the way they have treated us. For their sake - nothing better happen to my mother.This was the last text from them after mistaking them for Airserve.Boss this dumb lady again. Smh. Why she so obsessed with me We finally had the air conditioning repaired by airserve, and there was never any leak in the coil.

We cannot imagine better service, or faster response than we received from Aircon. We used their services twice, both times without "I need to order parts", or "I'll have to come back tomorrow". The first time was for servicing the Air Conditioning unit. The second time was for an error with a Google Home Thermostat. Both appointments were short notice "crisis" occurring during heat waves. Aircon responded sooner than we had any right to expect.The best example of their skill and professionalism was with the Google Thermostat. After over 2 years of use, the device reported "No System Power E298". Needless to say we were without air conditioning. I went online to troubleshoot the system. I followed their instructions completely... No success. I tried a second time... No success. I removed the Google Thermostat and replaced the old thermostat... No success.I called Aircon. We were lucky. Armando, a true professional, went out of his way and squeezed us in before his doctor's appointment. He knew exactly what the fix was. The fix that was not included in Google's troubleshooting guide. Armando cut the condensation drain line, cleaned it out, spliced it back together. Our system ran better and more efficiently than at any time since we purchased our home. He then checked our unit to ensure that additional service was not required.We have never had any qualms using Aircon for our system maintenance and we would highly recommend their service.

Aircon is a great company that completes a job in every detail. They replaced air-condition and heating ducts in my home that had rusted over the years. The owner explained in detail all aspects of the job and gave a reasonable quote. Took one and a half days to complete. On another occasion they checked for carbon monoxide after I turned on the furnace at no charge. Next day the pilot tube malfunctioned and they were there that afternoon to fix it. The owner said to call anytime if there were a problem and this was one of those occasions as a freeze was expected that night. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ron

I had an A/C conversion done at my home, and on the quote stated I would receive a $500 rebate from the Electric Company if I used a certain type of A/C unit. Submitted the rebate to El Paso Electric and my rebate was denied, said my unit did not qualify for the rebate WOW. contacted Mr. Torres (owner) and informed him of the situation, he said he would take care of it. Here we are mid September and nothing, the job was completed in March. Mr. Torres wont even return my calls and they were paid in full. Worst customer service ever...

Great service and great crew. Aircon was a pleasure to work with, and got the job done for me on time and with no hassle. I highly recommend this company!

I give Aircon 5 star rating because the owner and his crews are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair. Their bid was reasonable, and the work was completed to my great satisfaction. They installed 2 mini split ductless AC units in my home in a timely manner. In addition, they have serviced a mini split that I had installed years ago. I will continue to use this company. Glenda G
