I can barely describe the hard work and dedication that Tom put into fixing our RV! He helped us find a replacement generator on EBAY in California then worked with us on installing a not quite,, but close sized-generator, sometimes on his own time. He worked very hard to find a way to make it work, then used his ingenuity and creativity to get the job done. Not only that, he did not charge near the hours he put into it but stuck to the original estimate! Very pleased. TY
