These folks are so accommodating. Between me and the insurance company, the work order never made it to their office. So when I arrived at my appointed time of 8 AM (a one hour drive from Deming), the counter did not have any paper work for me and to make it worse, they hadn't ordered the replacement windshield. Well the President (Henry Gonzalez) came to my rescue. He had one of the office girls call the insurance company to find out what went wrong and while she was doing that, he called his supplier and requested a rush order for the windshield. Everything finally got straightened out and I had my new windshield installed by 1:30 PM. Did I mention that the new glass didn't arrive until 12:30 PM. I can't stress enough how helpful they all were, from the president to the office staff and the installer. Thank you all so much!!

Amazing work and excellent customer service. I ran into a minor issue after my car was serviced. They immediately went into problem solving mode and resolved the matter like professionals. Kudos to Crystal for her amazing service with communication and a sense of urgency to ensure customer satisfaction. I will be referring family and friends to Adventure Enterprises. High class.

My experience with this company was very unsatisfactory. I had my passenger window maliously broken. When I went to pick it up I was told breaking the window damaged the regulator that allowed window go up and down. The man who worked on it said if I rolled it down. It wouldn't go back up. There was no offer or information on repairing it. I had put a towel over window until I could get it fixed and it was stretched over the seat. It was covering all the broken glass. If your company repairs broken vehicle windows, wouldn't you have a industrial vacuum? I had to go to another place and pay for vacuuming. Then I told my mechanic I needed window regulator and he ordered the part. When he got the covering off, he found a hard glob of glue in the track that kept it from going all the way up. He removed the glue that could only have been put there at Adventure Enterprises. Bad. Bad and worse. Go to Ray's Affordable Windows instead.

Took my Volvo to get windshield replaced. They were not only informative of the process I could take regarding payment but they also provided quality work!

because i am an individual instead of a big contract i was treated like crap wasted a whole dam day would not recommend this place to anyone. these folks were too busy to even call me when they had a problem with the windshield and when my vehicle was ready barely got my vehicle back when they were closing at 5 this place was recommended by my insurance company but i am going to give the insurance company heads up on how i was treated not good for individual business we were the first one there before 8 oclock
