These guys have repaired 3 of my vehicles. They are top notch! They are professional, attentive, reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them should you need any repairs. They make a bad situation run as smoothly as possible.

If I could give these guys a hundred stars, I would! They were amazing every step of the way. I worked with Tristan and he was incredible - very pleasant, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made me feel really confident in leaving my SUV with them.We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren't going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them.And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn't even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn't handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it.Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it's not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. They are all around, a class act. Businesses just don't operate like these guys anymore and I'm so lucky I found them!!

I spoke with Tristan who spoke to the whole process of taking my vehicle in and what will be done to it in the 10 days that they will have it. I have a multitude of brain injuries and asked that he go over everything slowly, which he did with no issue. He covered how and why he would communicate with my insurance company etc. Though young, he has self-developed a professional manner that speaks volumes about what my experience working with him may be. I can say that I have total confidence choosing AP Auto Body as my restoration specialist. I will report back upon completion.

My car didn't come out right. Fast half job. Had job done on the bumper and they didn't even bother taking off the bumper. My grill and bumper are not aligned and looks pretty awful. Toke it back. Blamed it on something else. Want to charge me another 400$ to fix it. Really. I rather pay someone else 400$ to do the job right. Thanks!!

We needed to have some bodywork done and visited this location, among others. The cost was a little more than all the other quotes but we felt comfortable spending a little bit extra knowing that the work was going to be quality. Matt was amazing, constantly texting status updates of the progress and delivered it on time. It was perfect. Everything we could've wanted. The lifetime warranty on the clearcoat was an added bonus.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. Excellent follow up service. My car looks like a brand new model.I highly recommed this company for any body work needed. Quick, realiable and aswsome service!

Fair price and really friendly crew. They did work on 2 of my vehicles and I will go back if I ever need to again. Highly recommended.

Pathetic. They couldn't have cared much less.$880 to replace weatherstripping and adjust doors. It took them 3 weeks to install generic, poor fitting weatherstripping they had to cut and glue together to fit.They left garbage in the vehicle -- a lot of it.The doors were not adjusted. I had them try again. An hour later they sent it out with no improvement.Stay away from these clowns.

When your car gets into an accident you are naturally upset and there is a lot of stress. Everyone at AP Body Shop made me feel like I would be well taken care of, like family. From Tristan, Matt, to Janet...they were all so helpful and let me know what was going on with the repair process. When I got my Altima back, it looked like brand new!! So many feelings came over me...relief, happiness, gratefulness and a sense that all was right again in my world. I highly recommend AP Body because they care!
