They broke the cap right off. Stephen put this broken plastic back in the gas door. I had to unscrew part inside ! He is NOT truthful
This isn't the part I had to figure out how to take off. In Have numerous lies Stephen has told me. It's easy to catch him.
Old spark plugs
Broken filter compartment
Under the hood

Miles that were ran up on my car

Advanced Auto Service Center. Fast, Friendly, but Overpriced! Stopped in El Paso on our cross-country trip when the check engine light came on. Went to Autozone for a free computer scan. Code said that cylinder 5 (of 6) was misfiring. Found Advanced Auto online nearby so called and owner said he would meet me at the shop. The shop looked rather sketchy and run-down. Told him about the diagnostic code and he recommended changing out the spark plugs and ignition coils for all six cylinders rather than just #5, which made sense. He also recommended using some cleaner on the fuel injectors. After about 3 hours our car seemed to be running great but our wallets were 1498.99 lighter. When I complained about the price he said it was because he only uses the finest materials. Later I looked up the price of these coils, which he said were 89 dollars each, and can be found on Amazon for 63 dollar for all six. The next morning, when the engine was cold, the check engine light was back on. We are hundred of miles away but my review should speak loud enough to be heard by potential customers. This company took advantage of our crisis!

I'm from California and came to Texas to visit. My engine started misfiring and I came to a random mechanic close to me so I could get back on the road. Steve showed me exactly what the issue was and even showed me my old spark plugs that my mechanic in California "replaced". Steve took care of me and gave me a reasonable deal. I just wish he worked in Southern California. Trust Steve. Go to Steve.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! I took my car in around 22 June 2020 for AC repair. My compressor wasn't spinning and the AC was blowing hot air. I told the owner and of course he wanted to do a diagnostic (no big deal). Two to three weeks later I asked about my car and be gave me an excuse that he found something else wrong that's why it was taking so long. 18 July my husband called and asked for the status of my car. The owner was extremely rude to him and told him he didn't have to explain anything to him. About a week or less my male cousin and I went to the shop to check on my car, because I texted the owner and he said he had something to show me. We get there and my fan is sitting on the ground next to my car and he claims it isn't spinning. How am I to be sure it doesn't work if it's not even connected to my car when I get there. I told him fine I'll pay for a new one because my car has overheated before and that may have been a reason for the issue. The owner told me my car would be ready within a week. I gave him some grace time and called back three days after he said it would be ready. Now he's saying I have electrical problems, but he's not charging me for the electric. Now that was fishy to me. If it was an issue before I brought it in then I should be charged for it. "So what happened to my car that you're not telling? I wouldn't charge someone for something if I personally messed it up." He goes on to tell me it's because he didn't want to add more to the bill (I call BS). He claimed my car was with an electrician to fix the problem and he paid the electrician so I didn't have to. Fast forward two months after multiple calls, texts, visits and LIES! Him telling almost every week that my car will be ready the next week... I contact the police to be a mediator to get my car back the "right" way, because my husband was ready to just take the car and buy a new spare key. The police officer said I had to pay him whatever he quoted me to get my car back. I ended up paying him $1480 and my car is still blowing hot air and he broke a piece off of my air filter and tried to say that's what it supposed to look like (I'm not that stupid buddy. I can see where it was broken off). Now I have to go to civil courts to fight for my money back. Oh and supposedly I still have an electrical issue. I'm still trying to figure out why my car was gone for a month with the electrician and it was supposedly fixed, but I still have an electrical issue. He has yet to tell me what the actual issue with the electrical is. I have two new scratches on my front bumper and the miles on my car have been ran up. I'm getting ready to move to another duty station and I'll have to rent a truck to pull my car because I'm not going to drive eight hours across hot a** TX with my babies and pets in a hot a** car. He has definitely caused me an inconvenience financially and time wise. This won't be the first time I've had to rent a car while my car was being "fixed" by him.

Driving through Texas on our way home to California when we blew a gasket on our turbo. Took it to advanced auto with the part in hand that was needed. The guy wanted to charge $1,200 to install. When my husband wouldn't pay that amount he settled for $800. Mind you this was Stephen the owner. They had the part put on by noon the next day. This was awesome news for us! Or was it...We showed up to pick up our truck and the owner told me my husband is a hard man to deal with and I should divorce him. Then he insisted we write a good review practically holding our truck hostage until he could physically watch us typing in Yelp (yes....he sat next to my husband and made sure) We drove about 50 miles from his shop only to have our truck almost catch fire because someone loosened a diesel line when the gasket was installed and didn't tighten it up again. That could of been disastrous!Smoke was poring out. Diesel spilling all over the ground (not cheep!)And a strong chemical smell all through the cab. Our family ended up on the side of the i10 for about an hour before we could get help. BEWARE!DONT TRUST HIM!

The manager was a scammer trying to charge double almost triple the amount to repair a latch on my door he quoted me one price until I became upset n disclosed I would let my husband know. All of a sudden when husband got involved he changed the price to reasonable amount. Just because women are women doesn't mean we don't know the price for parts on cars. There is google now a days. DO NOT take your car here!!!

Stay away from them. Nothing is free with them. Free towin and diagnostic, but if you think what they charge is outrageous and wanna go elsewhere. They will give you a very high bill anyways. They won't tell you from where or how much the parts are.The manager on Pellicano will treat you like garbage if you don't bring cash, or have all the money in a single account. I had to wipe every credit card and he treated me like I was trying to steal.

Took it to another shop, were theyare able to figure what was wrong. Do not go to this shop, very deceptive and unethical practices being done there.

This place is an absolute joke and I should've known it was a shit hole when I saw all the cars on their lot. A simple repair turned into a six hour job and now an electrical issue. Go elsewhere bc you'll have more car problems then what you drove in with and they will take no responsibility. The owner is also a POS!!!!

I literally downloaded the app just to give this Stephen did not honor his price, then said" it's my place I have the right " wow ( he changed the price and force me to bring it all cash only ) I had many talks with him over the phone as I'm in Austin trusting someone i never met ( Stephen)He charged me in 2 phases. After first cost he said it needed more work. He explained and said give him a week. I then called insurance and got them to cover it. I called Stephen to let him know inspector will check out my vehicle, Stephen said "it's all done!, We put it all together it's ready for a test drive ". This was only 36hours after he explained parts had to be shipped out etc etc. HE NEVER DID THE EXTRA WORK HE SAID HAD TO BE DONE. My daughter is stationed in El Paso and Stephen wouldn't let her "back" to see my truck the week before ( I had suspicions it wasn't being worked on. These are all facts. I wish it was different and I wish Stephen was a man of his word , but it isn't and Stephen definitely isn't either
