Adobe Rose Custom Florist

The design of the birthday arrangement was nice. However, the staff agreed to include 4 red roses with the white lillies and 4 small loop bows, per my request. Instead, they sent 3 stalks of lillies and eucalyptus. It was pretty, but not what we agreed upon for the price, for my friends birthday. To have a business do what they want and poo-poo the customer's agreed upon order and payment for that order is wrong. I did place a call into them after receiving a picture of the arrangement and they did not respond. I will be finding another florist in EP.

I called and spoke with Diana, she made the arrangement and sent me a picture within an hour. It is on it's way to the person and could not be happier with this florist. I give them a 10 on the price , quality and customer satisfaction. Thanks again Diana Gomez , you made my day ! The Viera Family.
