I recently celebrated my wedding in this. Unfortunately, I made business with Adobe Hacienda dance Hall and it was my worst mistake ever. They made my event a living hell. They gave me the worst customer service, and tried to deceive me by changing the contract to there convince about 4 times during my business with them. They didn't answer my phone calls, and/or emails. Although, sometimes there where in the mood to communicate with me, there were rude and even hung up the phone. Just be aware of this place and it's management. They will try to charge you for services that are already included in the contract. THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BUSINESS! BE AWARE!

Excuse my French but fuck this place for real, you're supposed to make endless happy memories in dance halls, this was more like a fucking train wreck, they catered for us and they didn't even give us all of the food that was paid for, I saw an old lady in the back kitchen dumping at least 3 pounds of brisket into some Tupperware. They charge a lot just to be serving u in plastic plates and plastic cups. They were even serving us Shasta cola(SAMs club soda). I'm guessing their motto is," buy low sell high". The restrooms were filthy. Smelled like piss and the hand washing soap smelled like fucking downy, what kind of shit is that?? Did I forget to mention that I found a few roaches running around?? DONT EVER GO HERE EVER!!!

Never book this venue, I repeat NEVER book this venue! Come event day they will make your wedding a nightmare. They specifically requested for vendors to set up in the morning and said nothing to them while they were setting up. Come wedding time they wanted to charge each vendor $100 in wasted electricity through out the day. They refused to let the photo booth open until they paid the $100 charge. When adobe specifically requested they set up in the morning. They almost ruined the wedding for the bride because of their stupidity and lack of control on their staff. NEVER book the venue!

RUN from this PLACE!! Unfortunately I am a bride that held her wedding at The Adobe Hacienda. The contract states they will not refund your deposit if you give a negative feedback but these people took so much from us already, I'm sure a TRUE REVIEW is definitely in order and will be a service to others. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Once you pay the deposit the EVENT is THEIRS NOT YOURS! THEY (Albert, Laura, Eva) will do what they want and not your requests. They will tell you "WE DONT CARE" a day before your wedding and will do the MINIMAL to get through your event. Once we started making simple requests, it was "You can cancel if you don't like it attitude"...EVERYTHNG was a BOTHER and you BETTER not step on their "clean" floor!... NOT ONCE DID ALBERT speak to us during our event...when we left...he didn't even look at us! WHAT A POOR EXCUSE for a Manager/Owner. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!...IF you want to stress, cry and feel helpless for your most beautiful EVENT...call Albert Gonzalez. This Family WILL make you miserable and scared the entire time! and YES...we're looking into legal for our nightmare with this place.

We were looking for a Quincenera ball room for my oldest daughter during December of 2021 when we ran across this location online. We were immediately impressed with the overall design of the building and what the architecture had to offer. We contacted Ruben Ortega who did not answer our phone call and instead had his wife call us directly to set up a tour of the ball room. My sister in law toured the location on our behalf due to our inability to travel from Alaska to El Paso, TX. We are a military family so our funds and opportunities to travel are limited, especially having just arrived to Alaska in the weeks prior to our consult. My sister in law Facetimed us and showed us the ballroom and we were immediately impressed with the view and the theme that we looked at. Upon conclusion of the call we immediately called Nancy Ortega and we were eager to set up an arrangement as we planned on hosting the party on the 28th of July of 2024. She answered the phone call then. My wife naturally had a lot of questions because we were not actively present in the area and at one point, Nancy was rude about the questions that were being asked. At first, I thought I was being sensitive but looking back and thinking about our experience as a whole I was right. We signed the contract stating that we had to make payments every month starting with a deposit and payments thereafter and the room had to be paid in full for when the party was taking place. Once we made the payments, that's when things got sketchy. All we requested was receipts for the payments we were making along with the receipt for a deposit because we had heard of someone's experience with their accounting resulting in that someone's crowd being denied entry due to "Non Payment". We did not want that to happen to us. We got nothing. We attempted to contact Nancy and Ruben multiple times and no successful contact was made. We made payments for about three months before we stopped completely so maybe we could get their attention and they'd contact us (I don't feel like that should have been done). On the 3rd month they contacted us and immediately stated that our contract was going to be voided if we did not make a payment and we replied by asking for a receipt of the last three payments that we had made. We got nothing. On or about the 3rd day after the initial contact Ruben got in contact with my wife via text and stated that we once again had to make a payment or the contract would be voided. We once again requested a receipt and we got nothing. THEY BOTH DID NOT ANSWER VOICE CALLS!!!! They only communicated through text message when they wanted a payment or when they had a smart ass remark to make. Finally, my wife straight up told Ruben that we would not make a payment until we got the receipts to which he replied that he had sent them to my email and we still had nothing. (Yes, I checked my spam too) The next day, our contract was cancelled and Ruben finally sent the receipts. He agreed that it was a miscommunication but we were the only ones who had issues with their communication and he proceeded to boast that all his 150 customers don't have issues and we were the only ones who had issues, but that we would get our money back as soon as we sent account information. It is now August, and all this happened in March of 2022. We have YET to receive a refund. After that day my wife made a couple of attempts to get in contact with them for the refund and of course (Surprise, Surprise) they did not answer. These two kept 600 dollars of ours and have yet to return anything. These two are crooks and are extremely unprofessional so if you think about looking at this location. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Hands down the worst place to hold your event at! Thank God my wedding day went down with minor bumps but the whole process, every time we dealt with the owners was horrible. They had an excuse for everything and always blamed you for their wrong doing. AVOID THIS PLACE! Trust me! Very very unprofessional. The whole booking and first time meeting is great but afterwards it's hell. Till this day, we are dealing with them! (Over a month after my wedding.) The man is extremely rude, even raised his voice at me on occasions. The lady is just worst than he is. She's the one holding the leash. The man just follows her say. They always have an excuse for everything. They don't deserve any stars at all but the app forces me to give them one. Please don't make the mistake we made of not reading reviews. BEWARE! The owners will reply to this review with more excuses but do not believe them! Read all reviews and trust us! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Unwanted headaches, unwanted stress, and unwanted tears!!! There's just so much to say, so many rude encounters to share, but just remembering it all makes my stomach turn. On final note, my sister wrote a review here right after my wedding and the owners contacted me to ask her to remove the review or we wouldn't get our deposit back. She removed it and guess what? We never got our money back.Please do not book this hall. They don't deserve your money, your time, your anything! This place doesn't even deserve a STAR. Owners need to improve their Customer Service Skills. Catering was not favorable, tasteless food. The rice was clumpy, the beans were not tasteful, I might say that the bread and brisket were alright. Water tasted as if it was poured from the hose and tea was watered down. Our guests were provided with liquor bottles, some brought their own. Unbelievably, they ran out of two kegs of beer; yeap two kegs of beer. They were selling beer at almost $5.00, maybe this is why they suddenly ran out of beer. They also ran out of Sprite and Coke, therefore; they were only serving water towards the last hour of our event. Oh and don't take your children because they MUST be seated, granted there was a small area where no damage could be done. We were then being charged an over capacity fee, WTH!!! While no one was at the door to take count. Restrooms were filthy as well.
