Adas Mexican Restaurant

Decided to try this place on a tip from a co-worker and so glad I did! It is located in the old lunchbox (when that used to be good!) location on the corner of Giles and Carolina. It is so much better than all of the other mexican restaurants in the area. I was looking for a place where I could get good chile rellenos and this place did not disappoint. The chiles were large and perfectly coated, not too greasy, filled with a generous amount of flavorful cheese, and topped with a delicious homemade ranchero sauce that was tasty but not spicy. The caldo was well seasoned, unlike the vegetable water at most other places, and the green sauce for the enchiladas was spicy and really good! The service was about the best I've had in El Paso! Also, the value is amazing, very reasonable prices which is very much appreciated in these current times.

Stumbled on this place. Truly authentic food. You know you hit the right place when the locals are regulars!
