I went for all the fluid changes - radiator flush, brake fluid etc - because it had been way too long since all that had been done.They forgot to put any power steering fluid back in! I got about half way home and realized what they had done.So I'm not taking my vehicle here any more. What if next time they forget the oil or a screw or something.

I would give them less than a one if it was an option. They sold me two new tires. One of which blew due to a manufacture defect. I took in the tire they claimed to have lost my info I suppled transaction number and date from the bank. They still pretended like they did not know me but took the blown tire to send off to the manufacture. They sent me out with no tire literally left me stranded. It has been over a month now and I called to be met with attitude again pretending that they had no clue what was going on when though it was the same person I have always spoke too. They wanted to yell at me while this is not my fault. DO NOT EVER GO HERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIK CRAP. They need to learn how to make good on their mistakes. As a woman I hate when men think you are stupid and try to bully you, and this is exactly what Adam's tire does. This is Las Cruces.

Today I called Jason at the shop and told him my predicament. I was staying at a nearby campground and noticed two wires hanging out from under my car almost dragging on the ground. Since I was doing a long road trip from Missouri to California to go work, as a solo female traveler I was very concerned that if I didn't get this looked at, it could cause me serious problems later on on my trip. These guys are quick, honest, reliable and do not price gouge. This means a lot to me. Because very often mechanics try to take advantage of women, especially solo travelers who are from out of town. Both Jason and his dad were really nice. I highly recommend taking your car here. I have a sense of relief that I can now travel and not worry about my cables hanging down anymore. Thanks to these guys I can relax and enjoy the rest of my trip without worry. Support local businesses like this one. You won't be sorry.

We store our camper here. Affordable, covered storage, easy access. They take security seriously. Some miscreant cut through their fence, and they called us upon discovering it to make sure we checked our rig for anything missing. The only downside is it seems to also be a bit of a junkyard. If aesthetics matter to you in RV storage, that would be a problem. Otherwise a square deal.

On a cross country move with our vintage travel trailer, we blew a tire on that little trailer just past town. On a Friday. After calling every tire store in the surrounding area with no luck finding the exact tire and being told we would have to wait till Monday or Tuesday, Adams Tire saved the day (and weekend!). Not only was Suzie super helpful and just the nicest person during this stressful moment, they were able to get us on the road in a few hours. Also, they have a pack of the sweetest dogs at the shop! Give them your business!

I have terrible luck with tires. I can honestly say that I've never had a set of tires last me completely until they are worn. This shop has patched 2 tires for me and recently provided me with a new tire. Since I have after market rims they had to order a tire. Delivery was quick and so was installation. The people working here are great. I love local businesses and they are just that. They are concerned about growth and even has a short survey they ask you to complete about how you heard about the shop. It's nice that they consider which form of advertisement works best for them. One employee actually was kind enough to repack my spare tire for me. Not an easy task when a speaker box is mounted, leaving a tight space to remove the spare.

Thought I wrote a review for Adams but must have gotten lost in cyberspace. Short version, Good folks, good service, good prices, easy to work with, willing to go the extra mile to provide the tires and services you want and need. Suzy spent a lot of time finding not only the right tires for my vintage car but the additional stuff I requested to make the install just what I wanted. Great mounting and balancing, now the old jalopy rides like a dream. Thanks!

I was mid-trip from Carlsbad New Mexico to Yuma Arizona and my truck developed severe shaking. I was able to get an appointment as soon as I called - the crew drove and diagnosed the problem quickly - and it was fixed within 90 minutes. I live about three hours form this shop butwill consider making the drive for future repairs. Great shop and crew!Ed McWilliams

We were traveling in our 37 foot motor home when outside of Las Cruces we started having problems with one of the tires. We started calling different places in Las Cruces and everyone said they were too busy to work us in and the first openings at places I called were in a couple of weeks. No one seemed to have any allowance for emergencies traveling through. We were on vacation and were not going to be able to wait around for a couple of weeks! I came upon Adam's Tire & Auto and even though they were busy too they told us to come on by. They are a family owned and operated business and were very helpful. They found that we had developed a bubble on one of the front tires and had we continued on most likely it would have blown out and could have really caused a lot of damage not only to the vehicle but to us and possibly others. They didn't have the tire at their location but were able to get it put on an afternoon delivery. We were traveling with 3 small dogs and they allowed us to all hang out in their waiting area from about noon until the tires arrived and we were on our way about 5:30pm. I would highly recommend them and thank them for being so accommodating to us and being willing to help us out even though I am sure they were just as busy as all the other businesses who told us they didn't have time to look at our problem.
