This company sent me a broken intake manifold and refuses to refund the part price. Having a mechanic install this part cost almost $900 only to realize the manifold leaks. Now i must pay this AGAIN to replace the broken part they sent me to install a new one. The owner Ty has been stubborn with insisting on not refunding the part cost. Buyer beware. This company takes their money and runs leaving customers in the dust.

Ordered a part and a week later was told that the part was sold the day before I bought it. I was fine with that but then they didn't refund my money. I have entered a claim in PayPal and they have 10 days to respond and it expires tomorrow. It was their mistake but so corrupt that they want to hold on to my money even though I didn't get the part. They must need the money. I guess corrupt businesses don't make as much money as they used to.​

I purchased a ford 6.8 v10 from them, which they advertised as a "good running engine". When it arrived I removed the oil pan and found metal in the oil pan and the bearings had been wiped out from running the engine without enough oil. This is when the problems started. I had to fight with them to get them to pay the return shipping, when they finally relented and I returned the engine they refused to give my money back, $2700. They claim the engine was damaged during shipping back to their yard, but never sent any pictures or other proof of this damage. I did send them pictures of the shipping damage when I received the engine and they simply brushed me off. They offered me to pay only $800 for nothing, at this point they already had the engine back at their yard. Most likely to recover the cost of shipping back an engine that was bad in the first place. From here you can make up your own mind if you want to gamble with this company.TL;DR: They sold me a bad engine and wouldn't refund the money after I returned it.

Awesome place, and the selection of parts is always plentiful. Its a bit of a drive but you gotta know what your looking for and can't be mad if an engine from a junkyard is broken. Thats the risk you take when you buy from places like this. All other parts are generally in great condition from what I've seen. You can also save time with the online part selection and avoid the searching for parts down in El Paso. I've bought from here twice and both times ive found what I'm looking for. Ive bought an engine and some other electronic parts. Engine ended up blowing a gasket and I didn't get it towed and drove it home. It ended up throwing a rod, but that's honestly my fault, it was an easy fix generally speaking. Still the risk you take when buying engines in particular. The seconded part is in the works and I'm more than confident that it's in good condition. If there any updates I will let you know, so far, so good. The service is great and staff is friendly.

I bought a engine in 2014 for2007 Subaru from here. Installed engine had had no compression. Took several days till they agree to honor warranty. 2016 bought 2.2 ecotec engine from here. The block was messing piece i didn't notice till I got home to Hatch. It took several calls to finally make it good. Yesterday paid for steering box, was told it would be pulled first thing in morning, and it'd be ready by noon. We then called the next day at 11:10 and he said he would call me back.. Drove from Hatch to there it wasn't ready so I asked for money back he said he wouldn't give our money back because of a restocking fee. I say you haven't pulled it yet why would you charge a restocking fee he said because I didn't give him enough time. I after I was mad and my wife called to tell him we would file a complaint with the BBB he called in about 30 minutes that the part was ready. Will never buy there again. This place just likes to take their time and keep you waiting because your time isn't important to them or your business.
