As part of a larger order, my husband and I ordered three pallets of pavers. One of three pallets was the correct color but incorrect style of paver, obviously rendering it useless to us. Juan (the salesman who only cares about you until you make a sale) promised re-delivery of the correct pallet and pickup of the incorrect pallet several times. My husband and I re-arranged our work schedules to be home for said deliveries, but nobody showed up or even bothered to contact us. We reached out to the manager of the El Paso office, and of course nothing happened until we got desperate and contacted the corporate office. Finally they delivered the correct style of paver, but of course in the wrong color. By this point we could not arrange to be home during the delivery which we were not sure would even happen. After further hassle and over a month of our wasted time, the correct pallet of pavers was finally delivered. The best part? We received several bills in the mail charging us for the delivery of both the incorrect re-delivery and the final correct delivery, which of course was to fix their initial mistake. So now my time is further waisted contacting them to remove these charges.In short? Save yourself the nightmare and avoid Juan and this awful company entirely.
