I don't know the usual wait times for body shops but my car was here for a month before I got it back. Before picking the shop to take my car to, I did a little research and found this place which is one of State Farm's preferred shops and offers a lifetime warranty on their work so it was a no brainer. My car was fixed back in April of 16, it is now March, and I keep having to bring it back because something isn't right with my rear window. This is the third time I bring it because the issue continues. The lady who I assume is the owner is very friendly but as far as confidence in what her and I assume her husband tell me, I have none. Whenever someone rides my back seat, on the side that was repaired they make a comment on how they feel air coming in from the doors. I get that a car will never be the same after an accident but I really don't enjoy having to come back.

Had a wonderful experience getting my car door fixed at Ace.They're super personable, and timely. They took the time to keep my informed during the 9 day stay of my car.The job they did was wonderful, it was very well done.Ace was not one of the pre-approved shops with my Farmers insurance, but they worked quickly with mine to get approved the very same day.I think it would be beneficial for Farmer's insurance to get them on the approved list, they were great and are a local business!
