ABC Paint & Body

If I could give a negative review I would! Absolutely NO communication! Would not return phone calls. Claimed they never received info from insurance company... till insurance company called them ! Mike is extremely rude ! No clue what they are doing !!!!

We took my wife's 1965 Ford Ranchero in for a while body paint job and they gave a finish date of one month which they met on time! Not only was it on time, they went the extra mile to make sure it was the color my wife wanted and the finish looked great! Nice work guys!

My car was rear ended several months ago and I never got it fixed. Somewhere between LA and Las Cruces the bumper started falling off. I arrived at ABC with my bumper taped to my car and no idea what it costs to fix it. ABC fixed it in one day, they also fixed another issue for me and the price was unbeatable. Great customer service and the price was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.

My newly licensed daughter slammed the side of my car into a burm. What a mess. Had it towed to ABC. Mike checked it in. He rarely looked me in the eye and was generally condescending. Frankly I didn't care as long as they did a good job. I wasn't marrying the guy. It took too long to get done. I believe it was 5-6 days. After negotiations the bill was still over $1000. Negotiating for Mike means knocking off parts of the job that weren't necessary at the time. Im glad to get it back but I'm going to try real hard to find some way to recharge my air conditioning for less than $140!They did get it fixed but poor ability to relate to people.

This is the absolute worst experience with a body shop!!! Progressive took my bike there and it's been returned 4 times now. Nasty running paint and debris all over under the paint. Horrible pin stripes with paint running out on them, horrible body work, just complete inept repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!

I want to write this review to underscore the integrity of this place. A few weeks ago, I had some work done to attach a front bumper to the frame of my car by ABC Paint and Body. Unfortunately, earlier this week I hit the front of the bumper on a low clearance driveway with a curb, and this jostled the bumper loose. I took the car back to ABC Paint and Body, where Mike identified there was a clip inside the frame of the car that had to be replaced. When I stopped by earlier today to pick my car up, I was humbled and grateful that he had not charged me anything, even for the part. Because of this gesture, as long as I live here I will take my cars back to ABC as well as recommend this body shop to friends and family. Thanks again Mike!

This shop only gets business because it is certified by the insurance companies. Repeat business should be because you do a good job not redoing shoddy body work and amateur painting (running paint, unmatched colors, debris in clear coat). Don't take your business here.

Horrible paint shop. poor quality and care for customers vehicles do not trust them with yours take it somewhere else

I just got my car back from ABC. It took a bit longer than expected but they are extremely busy!I couldn't be happier!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! My car looks beautiful! Can't even tell where the damage was and the paint job is awesome!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car. A++++

I have used this body shop on several occasions and they have always provided prompt and complete service--they do what they say and do it well. The customer and front desk area have been remodeled and upgraded. In addition, the service manager has gone out of his way to find hard-to-locate items needed for my car.
