After attempting to install new hardware, including touch pads on the doors & spending hours with subpar results, I decided to reach out to to the experts at ABC for help.Will was very professional in setting up the appointment, only one business day after I reached out. He kept me informed when a previous appointment went long and advised me when the technician was on his way.Juan was very professional and very efficient, helping to remove all previous hardware and installing new hardware on the front door, back door, entry garage door and the two external gates. His installation was quick and clean, just as expected. For any future key or lock related issues, ABC will be at the top of the list for me. Reaching out for their help was the best decision I made today!

Stopped in to have them make a spare key for a used car I bought my son that only came with one key.They got it done quickly and the key works, but when he said "it may take a little while because I'm by myself", and I responded "that was fine, I'll go next door to Sam's and be back at 3:00pm", their closing time (Saturday), he responded that I "better be back before 3:00 or I'll be closed" (it was 2:00pm). WTF - you have my car and the keys, and you threaten to close on the dot and leave me stranded. I went back at 2:40pm and it was ready, but God forbid I show up at 3:01pm...?Also, when I paid with my debit card, their iPad style payment system solicited me for a tip. Are you kidding me??????????? you're a locksmith not a waiter!What's next... soon plumbers & electricians & cashiers at Walmart will start soliciting tips I guess?

My wife and I are very impressed with the service and the collection of key sets they have NFL football, comics, breast cancer and they are expanding with more NBA and more.. We had two key fobs programmed for my wife's vehicle for a very reasonable price. We spent about $175.00 without concern and pleased..AWESOME!!!!!

Just a quick in and out to get some keys copied. This was done in short order at a very good price. They also gave sone good advice on the quality of various padlock models. It's hard to write a detailed review on such a short visit. One day I will have them rekey my offices and then the review will be more substantial.

The girl at the front desk was so awesome!!! My parents fob hadn't been working for several months. She switched out the battery and I was out the door in minutes.She was super sweet so I recommend this place.

Very sloppy in handling work left to be done. I left a lock setand requested that it be re-keyed - told it would be $10.00.Went to pick it up and was not really paying much attention - was given someone else's lock and charged$22.00. When I questioned the amount from what I was told, theguy just shrugged his shou;ders.I took the lock home and tried to make it work, finally realizingthat it wasn't mine. When I took it back and asked for mine (lockset), the guy reached under the counter and handed me my lockset - and said we hoped you would come in and get it. They onlyknew they'd given me the wrong one because the person to whom it belongedcame and asked for his - in other words, no matter what you tell them when youleave your property, they put no tag on it with name or phone oranything - they just throw it under the counter and hope you come in later.I got a (bare) grudging apology from the worker standing there and thatwas the end of that - no big deal to them. I'll never go in there again, despitethe fact that I'd used them for 30years. So extremely sloppy and uncaringto customer.
