Called in the morning for a service on 2 units and someone was out at my place before 3pm. Chris was very polite and respectful technician. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

My AC went out yesterday after normal business hours. I left a message for AB to call me. They called me back first thing in the morning before 9 am. They sent someone out that morning who fixed my AC. Awesome response time.

These jokers had no idea that a 4 year old A/C unit in a new housing development was still under warranty. I lost $1000 in parts because they did not properly check the warranty and file the claim with Concord. When I spoke to Concord they said that customers can not file a claim. It has to be done by the servicing climatic company. When I called AB about this they said it was my job to tell them about the warranty even though their tech told me he would check this the first time he came out. I asked AB's tech if it was normal for a unit to fail within 4 years and he said "No, they should last 25-30 years." Please choose another company as these guys do not know what they are doing and don't seem to care about their customers.

Great service, honest upfront pricing. They did all they said they would do. They replaced a damaged unit and did it without damaging anything. very very excellent service.

Stellar service! After two poor experiences with other companies, dealing with AB was a breath of fresh air! Mike took our call on a Sunday and explained the rate structure. He called me back promptly Monday morning and sent out a technician. Chris fixed the issue and provided a detailed explanation of the fix and charges. Hard to find such great service and ethics these days. Well done AB!!

Called AB Climatic to have A/C units serviced. They responded the same day. Daniel, the AB Climatic technician, was on time, professional, and courteous. Daniel took the time to explain to me the servicing process. Daniel also took the time to educate me on changing the A/C's static filters. This was the first time I had hired AB Climatic and the fee for their work was approximately half the fee I had paid the companies in the past. I can assure you AB Climatic will be getting my business going forward!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Cesar and his company are to be commended for every step of service they provided for our A/C unit. They were prompt, responded to an emergency call when another company failed to complete their work as promised, and did so professionally and with the utmost courtesy. They discovered the true root of our issue, which the other company misdiagnosed completely. After many attempts and probably a longer time than they anticipated, the true problem was addressed and they kept in constant communication with us so we were apprised at each step. Cesar came out personally and was up on the roof with his technicians overseeing the repairs to his satisfaction. All personnel were friendly and professional at all times. We will be recommending AB Climatic for any a/c needs.
