Our pool was losing a lot of water on a daily basis so I called Aaron's. Dan called back immediately and had us troubleshoot for a few days to identify whether it was our falls or some other area of the pool (we turned off the filtration system and marked the water level). It was determined that it was probably the falls, so he and another guy came out, dug out the dirt behind the falls area and sealed everything really well. He was cognizant of trying to keep the cost low and avoiding unnecessary work. Problem resolved!!

The owner is a crooked person. Don't be fool by his intellect on pools or reviews on here. If you don't get his other services he offers during his cleaning (which he will offer) he'll just stop answering or showing. Got a bi-weekly service with the first one being 75 dollars. After I didn't call him back after he was offering 10,000 for him to completely restore my pool with filter, paint, etc. He stopped showing up. That conniving person just used a high first start service to make a few more bills and stopped answering
