"Billy" was very rude from the beginning! When I talked to him the first time he talked with this very rude tone, almost as if I would be inconveniencing him. I didn't give it much importance at the time, since I just figured he may be having a bad day. On the day of the appointment, due to some slow communications with my tenant we were unable to keep our first appointment. I answered his text within 15 minutes (although he's going to say that it was about 30 minutes) and by the time I answered he said he couldn't go anymore. I guess he thinks everyone has their phones glued to their hands and everybody answers right away to a text, but that's not always the case. People have other things to do during their day and they may take some time to answer to a text, if he's in such a rush for an answer, then he should place a phone call. The next day he actually called me to confirm the appointment and he said he was on his way to the house but I asked him to wait since it was 40 minutes before the timeframe that he had given me. He didn't like it of course but he accepted. Once he had completed checking the dishwasher he told me about the issue and told me it would be better to get a new unit. Up until this point everything was kind of ok, he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so that was good, the big problem was when he asked for the payment. Being a rental unit, I was not present at the house at that moment, I asked him if I could send him a check and he told me he only takes cash or zelle. I asked him to wait 10 minutes since he called me when I was in the middle of something and he just flew off the handle and told me he was not leaving the property until he collected his payment. I explained again the situation and asked him if he could wait 10 minutes so I could get in from of a computer (since I don't have the zelle app on my phone) and take care of that payment but he went completely ballistic now and told me not to pay him and not to call him ever again. If he wanted me to pay him right then and there on the spot he should have told me that since the first time I talked to him and I would have made arrangements to take care of this payment, but he never mentioned that up until the last minute and he expected me to magically appear right there and then to take care of that payment. I just took care of his payment through zelle right now, but my advice to anyone considering using his services is to check your phone every minute during the 2 hours window that he gives you for the visit to make sure you don't miss his texts otherwise he's going to give you a really hard time and also have a very clear communication with him because this guy obviously has a very short fuse and will lash back at you for any minor detail that he doesn't like! He might know about appliances but his customer service skills are practically non-existent.

Update: I stand corrected. The dishwasher still doesn't work. This review isn't for the owner but for the technician that came to do the job. His name was Jose. Right off the bat he came in seeming irritated that he had to be here. Almost like we were inconveniencing him by having him here to do the job. Now, I let it slide because maybe he was just having a bad day. He continued on with a bad attitude. If a question was asked to him, he would respond with a "tone". I told my husband I didn't appreciate his attitude. He tells us our entire ice maker needed to be replace ($275 or something around that) and that our dishwasher hinges and springs were so shot that it would cost just as much to fix than it would to buy a new dishwasher. So he suggested we buy a new one. Which would run us another $400+. While the hinges and springs were shot on our dishwasher, it still worked. When I tried to run it two days ago (two days after he was here) it turned on but no water ran. My husband called him and he was on the defensive RIGHT AWAY! Telling my husband that he doesn't know what he wants him to do and that he didn't even pull it out. First of all, how could he have checked the hinges and springs WITHOUT pulling it out? Second of all, BOTH ME AND MY HUSBAND watched him unscrew it and pull it out!!! He said he was gonna charge us to come fix whatever it was HE did to make it stop working. My husband ended up yelling at the dude, telling him we're just gonna hire someone else to do the job and hung up. We ended up contacting the owner and he came out the next day (yesterday) to come fix it. To the owner: I don't know if you're ok with your techs behaving this way. He's making your business look bad. Seems like you're employing a bad apple. Thank you for coming to fix our dishwasher to have it running again.

Great service ! They showed up and explained what the problem was with our washer! Returning the next day they quickly fixed not only our washer but cleaned our dryer as well! I've used this service twice already. First I used him for my refrigerator and just recently used him for my dryer. The guy is super quick with his work and response time. I believe it is very affordable. I kept his card on my fridge and always recommend him to all my friends. I wouldn't use anyone else if I were people looking for appliance repair. Appliances are super important in our day-to-day and it's great that this service is willing to repair these quick and it still be affordable. He happened to have the part on hand for the dryer. However, with the fridge he had to order the part. Not a big deal and people have to understand that every appliance is different and there isn't any way they can have absolutely every part on hand.
