A Striking Image

Damaged the paint on our baseboards but didn't bother to mention it. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I do not recommend them.

I had A Striking Image clean a wool area rug that I have had in my office for about 5 years. They did a great job, we're on time, courteous, and thorough. I recommend them without hesitation!

I think they are a rip off! I had to clean after they supposedly cleaned! Bad streaks! Cleaning was uneven. I wouldn't let then use "enzymes" treatment. Black spots on the carpet from the wheels of their machine....Im still trying to get up. Always get an estimated review. Just like almost everyone else in Las Cruces, it always costs more for something they didn't include in the original estimate. The 2 person crew were friendly. That's the best I can say. Wouldn't use this company again! Disappointed

Good service cleaning the carpet. Unfortunately my wife's wedding bands and ear rings are missing. I wonder what else they took. Don't turn your back on them!

Great work! had a cigarette smell in a house we bought. They did an initial ozone treatment which worked pretty well. We decided to take up all of the carpets, and the smell came back. They came back, free of charge (!) and did it again. not a whiff of the smell, absolute perfection. can't recommend enough. easy to work with, cared about results, what more is there to want?

I lived in a two bedroom condo at Sonoma Ranch/ The Pueblos. I was the only one who lived there and never wore shoes while inside. I only occupied one of the bedrooms and the only carpet was the stairs and one other bedroom. My total cost was $167!!! They have a contract with Real Estate Svcs of NM. Take this for what it's worth, but they are way over priced. They gave me a discount on the stairs...

This is a local company and has provided service that has been timely and well done. We have had this company clean our carpet for several years and am very pleased with the way the carpets look after cleaning. The staff is pleasant, professional and great to work with! Should be on your "go to list".

Recently, when a water line broke in our rental home our property manager called, Jose Salazar, the owner of A STRIKING Image to extract the water from the flood. Jose called me shortly after I learned of the flood. His professionalism was immediately apparent. He quickly updated me on the extent of the flood, the action that he had taken and outlined a follow up plan for drying out the carpets and padding. He mentioned that if I was filing an insurance claim - contacting the insurance company as soon as possible was the first step. He added that informing the insurance company about the extraction plan would give them insight on how the flood was being addressed. Jose and his wife and office manager, Patricia, were courteous and available to answer all of my questions.When I met with the adjuster, at our rental, Jose met with us. Jose described, in detail, the flood, the extraction and the floor and carpet conditions immediately after the flood and over the days up to the inspection!I am convinced that Jose and his team at A Striking Image were able to minimize the flood damage at our property and that Jose's accounting of the flood and the damage resulted in an insurance check for full coverage of the repairs! When I was initially contacted by the insurance claims adjuster he told me that he had been on sites where A Striking Image had been used for treating water damage in homes and rentals. The adjuster said that A Striking Image was easy to work with, reliable and the best in town! I found that to be true!I highly recommend Jose, Patricia and their team at A Striking Image!Mary S.
