A Flower 4 Us

Do not order flowers from here! I had flowers delivered to me from this florist on Wednesday late afternoon and they died by Friday. I never had flowers die so fast, I watered them and gave them flower food. When I had called the florist who's name is Omar he got very upset at me and said its not his problem. the flowers came from your shop it's not my problem either. All I had asked for was a replacement of flowers so I could enjoy. He asked why I didn't call sooner, I explained I had the Covid vaccine and was sick for 2 days unable to call. He said someone should have called on my behalf. He began to curse at me when I told him I would write a yelp, refused to give me his last name and hung up on me. Very rude, unprofessional, and poor quality flowers .

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date, it was 2 days late and the candy box was missing.

My girlfriend is in the Air Force, and I wasn't sure how to get flowers delivered to her on base. A Flower 4 Us got the job done. Their delivery guy went above and beyond in order to get her roses delivered. Thank you guys, seriously. If I had a picture of my girlfriend's reaction, I would post it.

My fiance called a week in advance to make sure to surprise me. Not only did they not delivered in time, they called me told me they would be there in 30 minutes and ruined the surprise for him and me. He called the lady was rude and refused to give him money back even though they hadn't even delivered flowers yet. 2 hours later they never arrived and told me that they had another delivery before me that was priority because they where a business. We asked to cancel and for refund. Hopefully they do give us our money back. That's the least they could do. If you are trying to do something special for that special someone do not go with this company.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on their website around 4pm, their website said I still had 1+ hours for same day delivery. I paid and everything and they were not delivered until Monday! Website hours are way off and different compared to google maps. Had to call them Monday more to check the status of the order and by the tone of the person's voice they probably would've overlooked it and not delivered. Prices are decent look to spend about $60+. Very disappointed.

If I could rate lower then one star I would- first if you like. Being treated like garbage and have a florist talk back to you, not listen and be straight up good vibes then Kathy is your girl- If u like to be talked down to then this is your spot - The complete lack of communication with 1800 flowers and the embarrassment we went tru for Mother's Day is beyond unacceptable! I would run for The hills and try about flower shop with better reviews - no one wonder it's 2.5 stars on here Learning lesson for a flower for us - Kathy has no bizz in your shop She's the one reason we will make sure to tell every single living soul and there friends to avoid your shop In 2024 someoneLike her is the driving reason u will loose money fast! Awesome customer service. Had a minor issue with my order and the owner personally called me and made it right, apologized and said thanks for shopping local. I'll be ordering from them again.

Beautiful arrangements at a good price! And the owner Martha is awesome! She's always making people laugh and feel welcomed and of course help you get the perfect arrangement you want!

We were 'helped' by a kid named Luis. Only not helped. He ignored us and played on his phone until we asked several times for assistance. Then he gave us a lot of attitude before returning to his Facebook app even though we still had questions for him.
