There is a reason you will get a low quote from this company. They came to my home 3 times to install and then fix problems. The last time I called it was because my stone now had cracked. They have not cone out or returned my call for thisNot good customer serviceRun away from this company

We chose Ace based of recommendations of several neighbors who had countertops installed by them. We were happy we followed their advice. Our countertops were installed this morning, at the time promised by the great crew of Victor, Juan, and led by Joseph. They were congenial, efficient and craftsmen with the granite. The work area was left spotless. In ordering the granite we were greatly helped by Claudine who pre-selected several slabs based on photos of our kitchen cabinet and tile colors. She was spot-on and we are thrilled with this upgrade. Thank you ACE!

Outstanding service and product, super friendly, efficient and courteous staff. Ace had to reinstall countertops after builder damaged them, couldn't have asked for a better crew. Oscar, Alexis and Jesus did an amazing job.

Claudine and Chantal are real joy to work with. This company is top notch! You will not find a more service oriented company from here to NY. Being a former high end contractor from NY I have dealt with thousands of different subs and individuals over my 30 year career and wish I had ACE as a go to granite company when I was in business. I have read another negative review and I simply think it's fake. If anyone wants to come see the fantastic in house work done please go to my new restaurant location in Pichaco Hills Lascruces NM. Found this place online and it did not disappoint. I met with Marla and she made it so super easy. She listened to what I needed the countertop for and budget she showed me what would work. The appointment was so fast, easy, and she's amazing to work with. For sure a place I'd go back to.

Highly RecommendedWe are extremely satisfied with the overall process of everything. From the time well spent with Claudine and Chantal. Their customer services went above and beyond. To the Installers Martin, Ricardo and Daniel who were very professional and it was a pleasure to have in our home. They were very professional and their efforts to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction were very much appreciated They did a great job cleaning up and leaving the kitchen in a usable state before they left. We couldn't be happier with the work process and the end result. Our kitchen is gorgeous and my only regret is we that didn't do this sooner!

Would not recommend. Had to have work redone on 2 properties I manage. Would've liked the work to be done right the first time and a correct estimate given from the get go. The builder for these properties went off one source of recommendation to accomplish deadlines for a Showcase of Homes but this company ended up being a nightmare. Would not consider hiring again for any future projects in the Las Cruces area.
