David was extremely professional. Quickly responded to my text and stayed on top of communicating with me. Came in did the repair and was friendly. He provided us some maintenance recommendations and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be using him in the future.

Contacted for my broken dishwasher. They came and did the diagnosis. I paid them for diag, hired them and filed claim with insurance for payment of repair.Its been weeks, they haven't contacted the insurance for their end of the claim, Ive made several calls to them to get the repairs done and they either make excuses or dont return calls. If they didn't want the job, all they had to do was say so and i could have hired someone else.

Never returned my call. Typical of this area. So I wouldn't ever call them again because they obviously aren't professional.
