If I could put zero stars I would. To start off I had my gears and lockers done here in March. By the end of March 2017 my gears were shot, the teeth were shreddered off and 4 wheel center told me it was due to shock impact. I had them replace again by them. About a week ago my gears went out again and this time I took it to a different shop when they opened up my differential they found that the gears were installed incorrectly. I went back to 4 wheel center with this information and the gears and Tim told me that the gears looked like they are installed correctly and that they broke due to our fault but he told us to contact Nitro. So we called Nitro and we told them the situation and had them inspect the gears and were told that they were installed incorrectly both time. We have pictures from the first time they went out. We haven't heard back from them. All we want is out money back for both sets of the gears. On top of all this since they installed the front gears wrong we have to get the front lockers replaced because metal shaving went into the locker from the gears. I want my money back for the front gears as well. Im paying to have it fixed by another shop but this is ridiculous. 4 wheel center doesn't do their work probably and blames their customers when it's actually their fault.THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY FAMILIES

This place is a complete joke and rip-off. For starters, everything is over priced by 25%. They can't seem to get what I need, and when they do it's so overpriced compared to purchasing online through JCWhitney or any name brand store. I took my truck in today to get an alignment, simple task. I have a large, lifted truck so I'm somewhat limited on where I can take it to. After waiting over an hour for ALL the mechanics to come back from lunch at 3pm they finally pulled my truck into the shop. About 20 minutes later he comes out and asks me if they can loosen some torsion bolts since they were tightened down too much for them to do a proper alignment. I said, "Of course." Roughly 30 minutes after that the mechanic comes in and tells me I need new ball joints on both sides, both upper and lower. Also it needs a new rack and pinion. So I went to take a look myself. The rack and pinion has a small leak, barely a drip. But it does need replaced. The ball joints however, were a scam. There wasn't more than 1/4" play in the entire wheel on either side. I asked him to give me a quote on all the parts and labor. Over $1,000! The rack and pinion quote was $282, roughly $90 more expensive one not one, not two, but THREE other big name online stores. So obviously I'm not about to shell out over a grand on parts that aren't needed at the moment. Then he says well we can't do the alignment until you get those parts replaced. After 2 hours of waiting around for nothing I'm ready to just get out of there since apparently all these guys want to do is scam you into getting more parts and labor. The mechanic says ok I'll pull your truck around and if you could pay the man at the register the $65 for the suspension inspection. I was baffled, the alignment costs $75 and I'm paying $65 for them to refuse and tell me to replace parts that aren't bad or are barely getting bad. PURE GARBAGE!!!!GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

I purchased a lift kit from a very large reputable manufacturer of these items. The kit is specifically designed for my vehicle make and model. When I contacted 4Wheel Center about installing these items they stated that they had the experience with this type of work and it would be no issue. I was told there is a 30 day warranty on the installation. After a week (after the install by 4wheel center) of driving the vehicle I noticed a loud clunking noise from the front. Upon inspection I found that some of the hardware had come loose and some parts were missing from the vehicle sway bar system. I immediately drove the vehicle to the shop to have their mechanics inspect the vehicle. After two hours of waiting I was told that they were not responsible and it was because the kit didn't have a "locking washer" for the component (this component does not require a locking washer). Then I was told I would have the purchase the replacement part at a price of $47.00. I asked where the part was coming from and I was told from the local dealer of the vehicle. I chose not to purchase the part there and went to the dealer myself. I was quoted a price of $31.00. I also had a technician at the dealer look at the OEM component that was re-installed by 4Wheel Center. The 4Wheel Center techs installed the brackets backwards and did not torque the bolts correctly. This directly led to the bolts coming loose and because the bracket was installed backwards it completely fell off the vehicle. It is absolutely unacceptable to send someone out the door with this level of work. And then to deny warranty coverage of the items that need to be replaced because of the incorrect installation by 4Wheel Center's technicians. Also adding a $16.00 increase to the price of the items sold by the dealer is dishonest business.

I am an U S Airforce VETERAN I took my 4wheel drive Silverado to check the 4 wheel system looked like it had an electrical problem. They Charge $145.00 just to diagnose the problem and then they claim they had fixed it. That was Monday July 8, 2024, they kept my truck for 5 hours when they had told me it would take 1 hour. I just want everybody in El Paso, TX to know this people will steal your hard earned money by charging you a large amount of money and sad they will not Fix your Vehicle right, you will continue to have the problems they claim they Fixed. Please read all review before you take your vehicle. Ojos They have a disclosure that claim any warranty spoken or guarantee will not be honor by Management. Just trying to WARN other customers of the service this business provides.

Hands don't worst place to deal with I have had over 5,000 in work done and almost everything has had to be redone. gone thru 3 sets of gears, a compressor and I'm now replacing a arb air locker. One thing it seems like they love to do is blame everyone but them selves. I went out and had my dif inspected by another shop and was told it was installed incorrrectly. I went back to 4 wheel center and they continue saying it is my fault. So I went ahead and called the manufacture, I sent pics and receipts they said it was due to incorrect install. So my question is how many more shops do I have to get to say it was installed incorrect before they apologize and refund the 3,000 that I never should have paid. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Went there to get a light bar installed and it was done totally unprofessional the wires were just flapping on the side of my windshield. I could have done the same thing but I wanted it done professionally so it would look good However when I went back to address how in happy I was I was told " That's how they install them " and that there is nothing else they can do and was called a lier but the supervisor twice during this experience!! He told me "That they didn't make curved light bars for the Toyota tundra " and that there was no weather strip on my windshield!!! its a 2014 Toyota tundra come on really!!! He also scratched the ho0od of my truck as well when they installed the brackets and the rear tail gate don't know how that happened?? and when I called him out on this he copped an attitude with me and then proceeded to tell me "He was just like me" and that since "I'm upset I should go get my AK and shoot stuff up " Who says this???? I am going to sue this business for the money I was charged to do this install which anyone could have done better and I am going to write the owner and ask what kind of business is he running for if this is how he does business then I am going to have this establishment put on the military " Off limits list" so nobody else in the military can be treated this way !!!!
