It's not that the food is bad it's more so that it's just very plain. I ordered the fish tacos and they're edible but the rice and beans just weren't the best match for the type of fish. I probably would've given the review of three but in an unfortunate event, as I stared off into the distance, a small mouse ran up the wall, therefore just really leaving me a question, the cleanliness of this place, I didn't really finish the food because I couldn't get that image out of my head but it you fishes and terrible. The sides could do better seasoning. Happy hunting!

Very impressive portions of food! The freshness of the fish was incredible as the restaurant and the meals didn't smell fishy at all! The location is very loud though. Surprisingly loud, but the food was good!

If I could give zero stars. I would. I heard so many good things about this restaurant and it hurts my feelings to write this and ate it at my uncles house it was the best ceviche I had. Went today the 24th and the atmosphere was completely off when me and my mom walked in stood there for 5 minutes without even being talked to and got looked at crazily by the staff. Took them 25 minutes to plate our 45 dollars worth of ceviche (to go) the most expensive ceviche I've had but it was worth it from what I remembered. Went home and and found a long black hair in the food. All of the workers have long black hair. Went back and wanted all of the money back and was met with the cook coming out screaming in my face telling me I put the hair in the food and to never come back to his restaurant again because I said I was calling the BBB AND THE FOOD INSPECTOR ON THEM. the girl told me I was being dramatic they were nice to me. Lies I know when I'm being treated wrong (so many things were said by me and them I won't lie) but the way all of them were coming around the corner to look at my hair to see if I put it in there (the hair was cooked into the shrimp). I HAVE SHORT BLUE HAIR. ITS NOT MY HAIR. Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. And I know they are being rude to us because we went to MARISCOS BAHIA on 16st and broadway (after leaving here) as soon as we walked in we were greeted asked how we were doing even over the live Mariachi band and was out of the restaurant within 5 minutes of being there getting the same (to go) order of ceviche we got at this restaurant. I could write so much more this is the condescended part.

Really great "Mariscos" place in downtown Phoenix. I had the oysters with ceviche and avocado, and the shrimp and octopus cocktail. To drink I hade a "Michelada" w/ bud light. The oysters were fresh and tasty, however I was not crazy about the price; $15 for 6 oysters. The Michelada was one of the best I've tasted, some might think it too spicy but for my taste it was perfect. The shrimp and octopus cocktail was kind of bland, it needed a lot of help from Mr. Tapatillo, some salt, limes and ketchup. The complementary chips were sooooo good and the salsa was great too. I was disappointed that they don't give you the seafood consome in a cup that other seafood restaurants do. Overall it was a tasty meal. The location is pretty far from the west valley and there is little parking. I would still recommend it 9/10 will be back.

My dad was in town and wanted oysters. This place is close to my new place and didn't disappoint. We got the oysters Pacifico style which had shrimp, avocado, and some other things that were really good. I got a mixed coctel that was packed with octopus and shrimp and my dad got fajitas. Definitely will be back to try some other things!

-0/10 HORRIBLE service they served 3 tables of more then 5 people way before our table of 4! They also accused us of not paying for a receipt that was clearly a date other than the date i was there they only have one person out of all there team cooking in the back plates only come out every 20 minutes one by one

Simply put, this is the best Mexican seafood in town.If you are looking for luxurious food, visit Barrio Cafe or Casa Corazon down 16th street. If you want an easy-going regular Joe kind of place, El Pacifico won't disappoint. Flavors are simple, fresh, and tasty. Fresh hot chips and salsa. My go-to is the ostiones con callo (oysters with scallop). Three drops of one of the many wonderful hot sauces on each of my dozen beautifully presented oysters, a ground beef taco, and a couple of Pacifico beers is enough cause to thank God for allowing me to find this place.

Wow... what can I say... I have been coming to this restaurant ever since I moved to Maricopa County. On Saturday, me and two others arrive and it is closed from 7:00 - 8:00. We decided to wait until they reopened. Once they reopened they greeted me and all my friends with a $50 cover fee (per person!). We had watched at least 3 other groups walk into the business with no hassle. When we arrived they were talking about us in Spanish and told us the only way we could enter was with a $50 fee per person. I'm sorry... but has anyone else ever been to a RESTAURANT with a $50 cover fee? I am honestly so disappointed and feel me and my friend group were personally targeted... Was once a great place, maybe stay away until they get new management
