El Nuevo Taquito

Decent enough Carne Asada burrito, more spice than I'm used to but not too much. Place seems clean, one of the staff was doing glass cleaning when I came in mid afternoon so looks like cleaning is on the agenda during slower periods.

Closes at 9pm. They don't do a Taco Tuesday special anymore. Average. Restaurant is clean.

Apparently a taquito is really a taco. A flauta is really a taquito. I'm surprised my bean and cheese burrito came out as a bean and cheese burrito! I really wanted taquitos, but was given tacos. I was so very confused. Food here is just ok. Nothing special. Still want those taquitos though....

Random...deep in the hood....Mexican food turned out pretty good. Usually, chicken is always thigh meat, but here I found shredded white meat. The meat wasn't seasoned, but still tasted good inside my $7 quesadilla. The tortilla was very fresh and this was a huge portion for the money. It was served with sour cream and a small salad. Also, try the marinated red onions - they were top notch.

I wanted tacos and this location popped up on my suggestions. I ordered three tacos, one of each; carne asada, lengua, and pastor. The carne asada and pastor were great. Though the lengua was a little chewy for my liking. The service was alright, when ordering I felt awkward and insecure. The cashier seemed unimpressed that I spoke little to no spanish. Basically made me feel out of place due to my race. Overall, I would order tacos from this location again but probably would get them to go to avoid feeling awkward.

Food is alway amazing. I order the shrimp burrito every time so I'm a little bias. My mother like is just like it is but I add bean and rice to mine. This cost for a shrimp burrito is cheap compared to a lot of other places. My dad really likes the carnitas burrito and he also like the carne asada too. The bean by themselves are good as well. They have a great choose of salsas I like the green one it's my favorite.

I just tried this place today! I work across the street and I finally ordered lunch there. T food is delicious with generous portions. The atmosphere is homey and the people are friendly. I will be going back to try some more of their menu! Thanks for a great lunch!

Great food very tasty and goodprices! cheese Enchiladas and cheese burritos are bomb. Great vegetarian option.
