El Nopal Mexican Food

I give this Mexican spot a 5 any day of the week. Food was authentic it made me miss Cali. Like I thought only fragrances brings back certain memories but man oh man these hard shell birria street tacos are bomb af! Service was mm okay but it was worth the wait. Atmosphere was pretty chill, just seat yourself and enjoy your meal typa venue. Lol loved it... y'all should try this place out if you're a fan of birria tacos

We've ordered from them several times over the last few years, and last night fed 4 of us with a decent-sized order.SalsaBoth green and red are good, 50 cents is a fair price, and I love that you can just add multiple to your order, even on the apps. The green is a little creamier and sweeter, and the red one is distinctly chipotle. Very smoky, nice little moderate kick to it. Definitely worth adding to the order. DrinksThey seem to have ever Jarritos I've ever seen anywhere.Asada TacosNot the most-interesting choice you can make for the proteins, but a popular choice for good reason. These are solid, flavorful tacos. Tortillas get super soft by the time a delivery order gets to your house but that's to be expected. Pretty decent portion for a street-style taco.Birria TacosA little bigger, a little softer (due to the moisture content of birria), and very good with the consomme. These folks don't make the absolute best birria up here, but it sure is good.ConsommeA little thicker and saltier than some other places but super delicious and appetizing.Asada SopesThese disappeared so fast none of the rest of us got a bite. Good dish with good flavors, according to the kid who devoured them.Birria QuesadillaGood flavor, nice corn notes showing through from the tortilla, very solid filling which worked well with the consomme. TotchosThese were a hit. Pretty big portion, tough for the kiddo to finish. Soft tots with a little crisp on the edge. Gotta be a great drunk snack late night.Asada NachosThe only real disappointment. We had so much food that nobody went hungry, but these were good for just a couple bites. Super stale ingredients. This place has been a go-to for all of us separately and now together. We have a wealth of choices for Mexican food up here, and even holding your own in the rotation of all these spots is good work. These folks definitely take care of business.

The BEST birria tacos in the area! Every time I walk in this establishment I am welcomed with a smile. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant I come here atleast once a week and have never regretted it! I recommend dining in because it always tastes the best fresh but if you take out and still want a crispy tortilla 350 for 5 min in the air fryer and they're nice and crunchy !

I really enjoyed my lunch today at El Nopal! The cashier/cook was super friendly and the place seemed clean and tidy. I had the El Birria taco plate which was rich and delicious, perfect with just a squeeze of lime! Will come by again to try other dishes and I'll report back!Ps: Lots of beer, wine, and real sugar drinks.

Another whole in the wall taco joint with hot Cheetos option inside a burrito and the reason why my son wanted to try it. Typical tacos and burritos joint, nothing stood out ... Except that the protein portion needs to be doubled up if they are charging $3 for each taco ... Street taco size.

Best quesabirria we had in Washington state during our vacation! We had it delivered three times! Spending 100's each order! My boys each 5 each.

Great food especially with the multitude of eating spots nearby & the other Mexican tacos joints this stands out above the rest. Great tacos: Birria - they have a great ramen & other menu items. I can't wait to try the fries next!I've had all the Birria tacos combinations & they all are great.

Decent birria. Though I think the portion was way too small for what they charge. I figured I'd get a lot of beef in the tacos since they were pricey.

Just literally had my 1st bite of the birria taco with cheese and omg it's really really good! The meat is flavorful but super tender and the tortilla it's in makes it even better. The consomé is legit and 100% amazing, the salsa roja is good but my favorite is the salsa verde! It's got a bit of sweetness and slightlyness to it but at the same time the heat kicks in and pleasantly lingers in your mouth adding to the taste and amazing experience. The Horchata is definitely a must as well!! I will definitely be coming back and bringing more people to experience the amazing food here, to Raul the owner está bien deliciosa su comida amigo y te espero para la próxima!!

Excellent food birria is amazing only place I come for it. Always great service. Nice little restaurant.
