A diamond in the rough of Puerto Rican food in Phoenix. Gave us a sample of arroz con gandules & pernil. Rice is super flavorful and soft. The pernil has crispy edges & you can just taste all the flavors. We ended up ordering jibaritos with pernil, so good!! Like little sliders. Tostones were crispy. Alcapullias were delicious too!! The service is amazing, you can tell he truly cares about delivering quality delicious food. Such a fun person to conversate with! Highly recommend!! We found him at 91st Ave & lower Buckeye with some other food trucks.
