The lechon Jibarito is so awesome and delicious, first of all they pile on the lechon, the cheese nice and melted, and of course the garlic on top is just delicious

The arroz con glándulas as on point .. moist and flavorful. The service is excellent. Friendly and efficient. The ambience. Is nice .. decorations are authentic. Definitely recommend

I took my friend for lunchI ordered mofongo and carne frita, and she ordered jibarito huge portion of my plate, missing the chiicharron and the garlic on the Morongo. The caldo brot was no flavor. They made a real spicy sauce so good

Had a bistec jibarito and a chicken empanada, both were absolutely delicious. The service was also awesome, the gentleman at the counter was super attentive and even brought out bread and butter and different sauces for us to try.For the uninitiated, a jibarito is a Puerto Rican sandwich where instead of bread, there are flattened fried plantains. There's lettuce, tomato, and garlic butter too. You can get it with steak, pork, fried chicken, shrimp, and octopus. It's definitely on the greasy side but oh so satisfying! The chicken empanada was also really good. A deep fried pocket with shredded seasoned chicken breast inside!Definitely recommend this place.

Service was wonderful and we loved the decor inside. Food was nice and fresh, portions are HUGE! And the fresh bread they bring out before the meal is such a special touch. Loved it here

Delicious, I ordered through Uber delivery, packaged nicely and organized. Food was amazing,especially the Mofongo con pollo guisado, takes me back to pr fr.

Freaking delicious. Came here with family from PR and they loved it. Cute little corner cafe that doesn't look like much on the outside but is everything we hoped for. The steak jibarito is probably my new favorite thing and while I wish I took a photo, I couldn't wait to dive in. Food was quick to come out and every single item that hit our table was 100/10. So glad we gave this place a try!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while; I love a good jibarito and this is one of the closest places to our house.I called in my order, so I can't comment much on the interior. It's not huge, but there was a man there playing live music. My order was ready and well packed when I arrived.I ordered the jibarito with shrimp and garlic. To be honest, it was good, but not my favorite jibarito. The flavors were good, but the shrimp must have been marinating in a garlic oil because the whole bottom of my sandwich was swimming in oil and the thing fell completely apart the moment I picked it up. I ended up eating it with a fork. As garlic shrimp dish, I give it high marks. As a sandwich, less so and anm glad they provided plenty of napkins.They have plenty of other dishes and next time, I'd probably opt for something else. They don't have a website, but deliver through the major places.

It was Flavorful so good! Great service! Very friendly staff and good ambiance! Will come back!

I was minding my own business driving eastbound on North Ave and saw this place that my fellow foodie Judy Vargas is always raving about and did a U-turn (safely) to check it out. Thumbs up
