Great authentic Mexican food. They have some unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, like lamb stew, walnut molé, tacos alambre, lamb barbacoa, etc. The tacos alambres I had were very fresh, tasty, and well made. The quesadilla was huge and prepared with a fresh handmade tortilla. The orange and green salsas were tasty and homemade. I'll return here soon to try some of their more unique specialties. Glad they are in the neighborhood, the tacos at El Michoacanito are some of the better ones in the area, and i've tried a bunch of them. Endorsed by Mike Sula and Chicago Taco Tour, so you know they're doing something right.

Apparently the ceviche tostadas went from $4.50 to $7.50. They were ok. Seafood was a rubbery. $50.00 for 4 tostadas, a Guacamole and drink. Guacamole was dark from refrigeration. Not really worth it to be honest.

We just ordered did from Grubhub. I'm honestly really surprised that this restaurant received 4 stars. The guacamole was only thing that was decent, but needed salt. The barbacoa and the carne asada burritos were not good and flavorless. Very disappointed.
