Solid and fast burrito Carnitas were super flavorful and tender They do more rice to beans ratio which I prefer Includes small portion of sour cream inside burrito You can choose between red(rojo) or green(verde) sauce Can't beat a filling, less than 6 min wait $9 burrito

Solid burritos. I got the veggie burrito and added chicken. The flavor and spice in the burrito is on point. If you're sensitive to spice I would ask them to reduce the spiciness. For me it was the right amount. There was a little too much rice and beans for my preference and was a little on the salty side. But other than that I would go again to try the tacos and any specials they have.

I'll be honest - the only reason I have ever tried this food truck is because I'm usually a few beers deep at Chuck's and need some tacos to balance it out. I really like the quality of the meat in their tacos. They also offer a handful of other items - Give the Tlayuda a try -- it's like a giant flauta and a great option for sharing at your table down the street.

Happened to be walking by and saw a new food truck in the Uncle Ike's parking lot. Turns out today was their first day! They have a pretty simple menu of tacos, burritos, tortas, and tyaludas with 3 meat options (asada, adobada, and barbacoa). The prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other taco trucks in the area. The hot sauce they give you has a good amount of heat, I was impressed with how spicy it was! Tacos - we thought we ordered one of each meat but I think we got 3 of the asada tacos, they were $1.79 each and great especially for the price! They have decent spice on their own, so be careful if you're not good with spice. Asada Burrito - $6.99, and it was huge! There was a lot of rice though which cut down on the flavor and made it a bit on the bland side. Can't complain for the price though. In total spent $13 for a huge burrito, 3 tacos, and tip. Overall, the food was decent, and given the cheap prices would definitely be coming back!

This is my favorite Mexican takeout in the city. From their tortillas to how their carne asada is served, this place doesn't miss a beat. Prices are extremely competitive and service is super fast. The only drawback for me is that they don't offer guacamole. Sliced avocado is always perfect though.

Every time I come here, I like it more and more. They make a solid burrito and I get the mole nachos in addition sometimes.

When you get a hankering for authentic burritos, you can just run up to this food truck at the Ikes in the Central District. This is a spot where you can feel like it's the crossroads of America. There are lots of construction workers getting off, there are the uber hip millennials and there are the punk and other incarnations of fashion that is Seattle. The Carnitas are really good here and we've always had a great taste experience with the many tacos. Give the lingua a try for instance. We love the spice they put into everything, so load up on the hot sauce both red and green. And try it with a Tamarindo soda to really feel the vide. They are quick and fast which I really appreciate and friendly for those of us with dairy allergies. It's definitely not good for you, but boy does it taste good.

Wish I tried this place sooner! I've walked past El Costeno a lot but didn't realize it was a different taco truck from the one it replaced in the same location.Tacos are very solid and reasonably priced. They have lengua tacos which can be hard to find at taquerias in the area

Best taco truck in the area. They never skimp on the meat and the red sauce is sooooo delicious. The prices are super hard to beat. Burritos are good too. This is a regular spot for me.

We LOVE the tacos here, we've had the chicken, beef, and pork and they are all so good. It's our go to spot whenever we are in the area and we even like to go out of our way on days we need a slappin taco! BUT this place is NEVER open when we want to go. We've gone twice when it says they are open and they've been closed. Always on the weekends when we have the free time to go:( Please update your hours if you aren't going to be open!
