El Camaron Gigante Mariscos & Steakhouse

Interior- very clean, ample seating, fun decor that matched the restaurants theme, and clean restrooms.Staff- so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel like family, very accommodating, quick to meet our needs, and took the time to make recommendations.Food- 10/10 everything we ate was so flavorful! We had shrimp ceviche, the ribeye meal, 1 grilled shrimp taco, 1 fried fish taco, free chips and salsa, with all the sides and condiments you could ask for. My favorite was the grilled shrimp taco and the ceviche! Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and are planning to make this a regular date night restaurant for us. The DJ even came around asking if we had requests, and a few couples were up dancing. This restaurant seems like the perfect place to celebrate any occasion or host a large get together. We can't wait to see what they do with the outside!

Went to this restaurant for an event and while I understand it was busy because of the event and we knew we would have a bit of an extra wait, the wait for service and food was extremely excessive (several others walked out). We found a table and it took 20 minutes for any staff to even acknowledge our presence and take even a drink order. Again, it was busy so we didn't mind waiting a little extra. They had a limited menu due to the event so it was only one page. We ordered 2 sodas, carne asada fries (we verified that they didn't come with guacamole on them because he doesn't like it) and 3 chicken tacos. We were there over 2 hours. In that time, many of the tables in the restaurant had emptied out so service should've been quicker. Our waitress came back and asked "what kind of drinks did you order again?" Shortly after that she came again and asked what food we had ordered. We repeated our orders to her both times. At one point we asked for drink refills, she took the glasses and didn't come back for 15 minutes. When we were there for an hour and a half already, my husband received his carne asada fries and they had avocados all over them. He did remove them and overall the fries flavor were spot on. I didn't receive my tacos. After 30 minutes my husband asked for another refill of his soda and asked where my tacos were. All we got is they are coming. He finished his fries and I was still waiting for my tacos. We were missing the whole event we came for. Two other tables complained about the service and walked out. I told the waitress we were done waiting and would just like the check. She brought it and it was $38! They charge $4 for each soda and $4 every refill. So carne asada fries and 2 drinks and no tacos for me was $38. She asked if we were paying cash or card. Hubby said cash and gave her cash and she never came back with the change! She decided to just keep it and not come back to the table again. When I asked another waitress (who seemed to be doing a great job with her tables) if she could send the manager out she did. He was apologetic but did nothing. The menu nowhere stated that there is a charge for refills. I have never been to a restaurant that charges for refills. Not sure we want to go back again.

What a pleasant - even transportive - experience! The nautical-themed decor and color palette is dialed in and created a space where one could easily slip in to a mental beach vacation. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was warm and friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. So glad this place is in our neighborhood! We will be coming back!

Food was delicious no issues would recommend trying it out they had live entertain was fun and wonderful service was great waitress opens door for you they also check up on you every 5-10 mins price is from $20-$30 per person worth it they were all polite and clean

El lugar está muy padre, lastima que la comida no lo está. Y aparte de mala el precio está caro para que la comida esté tan mala. No me importa pagar las cosas pero que estén buenas. This place is nice but the food is Terrible and the price is too much for terrible food, I don't mind paying but the food has to be good. Serve was ok. Ambiance place pretty empty. If your change the cool I'll return
