EJ Burger

We have gotten EJ burger both in store and in take out. For sitting in store, it is pretty typical for any quick service restaurant. There is a handful of tables to sit at. The good: the portions are large, the burgers are flavorful, there are a lot of different varieties of burgers to try. The fries are also pretty good and the milkshakes are tasty. We typically get bacon cheeseburgers and they are consistently good. A few things that could be improved:- It is super expensive, nearly $20 for a speciality burger. You're paying sit down restaurant prices for a burger. - It also makes no sense to me is that ordering a burger without a bun costs you $2 more then with a bun. I get this if you are getting a gluten free bun (which costs more to buy) but simply removing an item from the order costing $2 more makes little sense to me.

Dined in today, the food was pretty good. I will be trying something else next time I go in. I had the Bulgolgi burger, husband had bacon burger, and kiddos had the chicken nuggets. My burger was decent tasted more like teriyaki than bulgolgi, and my husband said his burger was decent. The chicken nuggets were a hit with the kids. They reminded me of Mc Donalds nuggets but more fresh and juicy.

My wife and I are traveling from out of State and gave this local place a try.Cons; pretty pricey for a burger and fries ( make sure you see the updated menu picts)On the mixed side, the sandwiches are giant. You might think that can only be good....but my wife's katsu burger was so big, she couldn't handle it much less eat it without it falling all over the place.My chicken was manageable but could eat a quarter of my fries.Food was tastey, but I would have rather paid less for reasonable portions.

If it was only based on the food and staff, then this place easily earns five stars. The food at EJ Burger is amazing- the katsu burgers are to die for! They are huge, so prepare to leave stuffed. The kids menu items were good as well. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. However, I took off a star for cleanliness. There were a few minor things I noticed. For example, the bathroom was not the most organized/clean. It was far from filthy, but also not pristine. Overall, I would definitely get food here again.

Nice Burger joint in Seattle Hill Road. We ended up here just because the near by restaurant we were trying to dine in was close for some reason. We were kind of lazy enough to try another place once we saw EJ. The menu looks very decent. A lot of options, most of their burgers are beef patties. Some vegetable burgers and fish burgers are available as well. They have fish & chips (french fries) and some side orders. All the burgers by default comes with french fries.Service was quite nice. We were welcomed and allowed to take our time to figure out our order, even though it was a busy evening. We ordered the Grilled Chicken breast burger, Grilled Portobello Mushroom burger, Cod Fish and Chips and Chicken nuggets. Took around 10-15 mins to get the burgers. Must say the burgers are quite decent and delicious. It came with tons of french fries. The Cod fish was really good. Variety coleslaw and it tasted even better with their homemade tartar sauce. The food is good, The portion is also decent. But it's a little expensive. Our order cost us close to $65 (incl gratuity). And we wasted half the french fries. May be they should reconsider the portion of fries and adjust the price a little bit. Could have given a 4 star for the food and star, but the price is a big factor here!

Their French Fries are the best! That's not to say other items are not. My grandson and I order a basket of fries after I pick him up from school. We sit and chat about the days events. We love them! I've also had the Cod fish and chips. Yummy and would order it again! I'll get other items someday. But for now it's me, my grandson splitting an order of fries. "This is the best life."

I am not certain what happened, but this place deserves five stars. As I said previously, the Codfish Katsu Burger is phenomenal!!I apologize for my screw-up...

This place have been my go-to burger place for a few years. I have always enjoyed their higher quality beef patties. I have, on occasion ordered their tasty grilled salmon burgers when overcome with feeling of guiltWhat i noticed in my last trip to thei burger mecca was that although their burgers still taste good but sadly the patties have gone on a diet.That's real sad since I'm not a vegan and a mostly lettice and tomato burger really really doesn't work for me. It is sad to see this once great establishment fall to probably inflation.

We've been eating here for awhile now and each time pretty much the same experience each time. 1. Big burgers.2. Hot Fries. 3. Reasonable wait time.4. Always leave there full or with a take out box.I would say prices are on par with most, but you definitely get what you pay for, especially when fries are included with a burger. Those places that charge similar prices but fries are extra? Seriously shady.As for the burgers themselves, they are damn tasty and big! The pork katsu burger I ordered was stacked (as all the burgers are here) with two patties and some fillers. And the fries, yeah, most places I've eaten the fries are either warm to kinda warm. At EJ's we've always gotten them HOT! So definitely made to order, just like their burgers. While not fancy schmancy, the place has tasteful decor, ample seating and an easy to read menu that's just big enough to make you think but not so big that it's overwhelming and it takes forever to make a decision. What's also nice is the windows are tinted so in the evening when cars drive up you don't get blinded by headlights. On the other hand from the outside it looks dark inside. If it were not for the OPEN sign you'd think they were closed.So bottom line, it's been one of our local goto for years. Probably one of the reason's we tend to not choose to go there on a given night, we didn't want to be TOO full and just wanted something light. Sounds silly right?

Their shimps are really good so as the fries! People are really nice as well, accomodating and fast
